I am new to town and needed a place to have my car repaired. Thankfully, my friends husband works here and I made the appointment to have my front fender repaired. Riley was my appointed guy. I picked up my car today and not only did they repair it and it looks fabulous. They completely detailed the car inside and out that was something I was not expecting And Riley made the extra effort to touch up a couple other spots on my car. I was happy to get out of my rental and back in my Honda pilot. Krista who handled scheduling was great. Thanks Jerry, Riley & Krista.

I took my truck in a month ago for the hood, door, and tonneau cover to be repainted due to sun damage paint no body work. I was quoted $3315 for paint, labor, and new trim and Chevrolet badging and work would be done in 7 days by Hugo. Knowing better I was prepared for two weeks. I contacted after a week and no replies, continued calling to learn Hugo no longer works there. After talking with new estimator was told another week (3) however now in the fourth week I get the call to come pick up and first thing I noted they put the old sun damaged badging and trim back on truck. I observed scratched and orange peel on tonneau cover and hood has discoloration. To top it off they were trying to charge me now $3800 even though I had pictures of original quote. Didn't accept work and had to leave. We shall see how long it takes to get it right now!!

After being told our car would be ready in a week, we were repeatedly promised call backs that never happened, and dumped off on the receptionist. (We felt bad for her) When we were able to get someone on the phone, they would flat out LIE about the progress. 2 weeks, 3 weeks, dodging our calls, we got our insurance company involved. Finally got our car back a MONTH later. Go ANYWHERE else and save yourself a huge headache!

My car has been at the shop for more than a month! What was supposed to take one week, has now turned into a month... with no good news on sight. I've been calling almost every day and it's always a different excuse. This is so frustrating!

Horrible, unprofessional, service and poor customer service. Was scheduled well over a month out. Then, when I finally got my car back from repair, there were scratches to the wheels unrelated to the repair. No one wanted to take claim of the damage. Then was told "Hun, paint tend to chip." Very misogynistic workplace. Everyone had an attitude. Should have known when I dropped off the car and there was another customer getting argued down about getting a check from when his car was damaged while leaving it for repair. They will gang up on you to avoid fault. Looking at some of their other reviews it seems like multiple people has had their cars damaged here as well. Highly DO NOT recommend!!

So I had a smash and grab and I specifically asked for sands Chevrolet to fix my car. Theh took 3 weeks, dod shoddy work and I do not recommend this shop to anyone!

Never use this place for work on your vehicle if you have them they will total your vehicle out for you if you want it totaled out ! THEY WILL ASK YOU...DO YOU want your vehicle totaled out and they can do that for you just have to say yes or no & they will call your insurance company and go ahead n total it for you. However.. if you want the work done by a different company they will steal things off of your vehicle and will not be responsible even tho its in a locked facility....I spoke with Lee the manager, he says he refuses to replace anything on the vehicle even though was in a locked facility so therefore they take things off because they know that you have to go to another facility. They were pissed and told me they did enough for me. So stealing items in a locked facility is NOT their problem. HEADS-UP FOR A COMPLETE TOTAL ITS GREAT, IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AND WANT TO KEEP IT AND HAVE THE WORK DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE...GET YOUR VEHICLE OUT OF THERE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE....OR YOU'LL BE BUYING PARTS FOR YOUR VEHICLE LIKE PROGRAMMABLE REAR VIEW MIRRORS.
