We LOVE Sand Dollar! We have been coming for many years and always stay in room 403. It's a 3 bedroom with an amazing view of one of the best beaches in the country.

Unit 107 WARNING!! The owner has locked the thermostat at 78!! No adjustment allowed. The unit is super basic - no bells or whistles. No King bed in the master! Ice maker doesn't work, TV in bedroom doesn't work and the front door knob is falling off. I would not recommend this unit!! It's a

I was on the beach with my friends who are staying at the Sandollar and I had lost a shoe around the building and I came back the next day to come look for it and they told me I wasnt allowed to be on property without a wristband when I was simply looking for a shoe. I would not recommend staying here is the people are not friendly and quite rude.

Room 110 is outdated & neglected. Checkin is at 4pm & our room wasn't ready until nearly 5. We had to stand in the lobby with our luggage & a weeks worth of groceries waiting to get in. We were told check in isn't at 4 but around 4. That was our first red flag.
The AC stopped working & my husband had to fix it after maintenance failed to show up. The air filters are supposed to be replaced monthly but ours clearly wasn't. It was beyond filthy. They did replace the filter after I complained. The main bathroom shower was clogged and you had to shower in a pool of sand & filth. My husband had to dig out gobs of hair, scum & shampoo bottle labels to get it to drain. The shower curtain liner had brown mildew running down it. The mattresses in the third bedroom & master are shot. The room looks as though it hasn't been updated in 10 years. It needs a major facelift or some basic TLC.
The elevator stopped working one day & the only stairwell smells of mildew and urine.
I definitely do not recommend this room. My mother stayed in room 111 and was quite pleased except for the mattresses being old. It is a two bedroom though.

If you want to get away and find quiet this condo is not the place . The condo discriminates against citizens that are from this country . They take the side of other individuals that not from here . I have stayed with them in the past and they were friendly until one day when a noisy family checked in . They blackballed us but not them so now I can not stay there because of them . Stay somewhere else that is what I am doing now there are so many other condos on the strip .
