I love these guys. And way better than supporting big banks that all invest significantly in oil extraction and add to climate change. I've been with them for over 20 years and have my person and business accounts with them.

Had especially nice service from Troy recently.

It all started on mid afternoon on Tuesday, January 9th mid afternoon, when my brother received a threatening phone call from a representative in this branch by the name of Bill. He refused to identify himself to him and instead proceeded to yell, threaten and said he would close all his bank accounts unless he himself had headed down to the branch to fix the problem, he embarrassed my brother in front of his mother with this phone call, instead of calling me to handle the situation professionally. As I recently decided to reopen my bank account the 1st week of January 2024 and start over, Thanks Saba Islam for your help too by the way. You were very nice.

Anyways, so me and my brother went into the main branch, this very location to file a complaint against this dumb individual, we arrived around 3pm I believe. Thank Goodness, it didn't take long to take care of everything. But me and brother hugely wanna thank Branch Manager Jenny Ngo-Lee for helping us sort this huge misunderstanding, as we came to understand, representative Bill wasn't supposed to make that call in the first place. Very Dumb Individual, as he should've made a better judgement call. Jenny thanks for taking care of me and brother. We really Appreciate all your help so far, and we will continue to bank with you guys as long as you will have us and hopefully will avoid these mistakes in the future. I used to bank with Federal Credit Union back in the day before and during the early days of Covid, and I loved every minute of it. Please if anyone is Looking to sign up for a great union, this would the place to start along With SF Fire Credit Union. Credit Cards and Other Services are great here.
