DO NOT Buy anything from this company! They may sell some good products, but if there is an issue, they NEVER respond (I've left over 20 messages this week and no response). They said the warranty covered it and they would take care of it on our frig, reimburse me for lost food due to issues they created and a bad product. Now I can get NO response and they have blocked my calls and sent me to a different voicemail, which is not the company number. STAY away from them! I will be posting everywhere I can to help other users from experiencing a similar experience!

After being stood up by a seller on FB marketplace, Eli and James saved me. Eli was polite and helpful on the phone and had the washer/dryer I was searching for. They were able to deliver and install same day. James, the technician, had to take the door off my gate to get the appliances in and was ready to go the extra mile as part of the installation service. These days, some businesses don't seem to care that you are paying them for products/services. Eli treats you like they appreciate your business, which I am grateful for. They have free delivery, installation and haul away as well as a one year guarantee, which is pretty great for the used appliances I purchased. I might have paid a little more than on FB marketplace but you get what you pay for and I am glad I found this place. It was better to deal with a reputable business for the great machines, peace of mind, and standing behind what they sell.

This place is a scam. The owner sold my husband and I a dishwasher that he claims worked perfectly. Said we had 30 days to return if it didnt work. Surprise surprise, it doesn't. Makes a loud noise. When we tried to return, he became hostile and refused to return it.
This guys Sells appliances that do not work and will not abide by the return policy. Do not waste your money here. The owner is hostile, belligerent and has no shame in scamming people into buying bad appliances and then cursing them out when they try to have him uphold his own policy.

Can I give zero stars? This company is fraud and a joke. They sold my paralyzed mom a washer for $560 and charged the install, and they gave her a broken washer. They brought her a different one that was also broken. It's been 2 months, they wouldn't return her call. I called from my phone and texted him and guess what? I'm now blocked! Im not in state or I'd be over there having a fit. I'm adding photos for proof. She's in limited income and for them to take advantage of her like this is just downgrading. Do yourself the favor and stay away. Beware!!!!

Biggest rip off . He puts lipstick on a pig . Sold me a washer and dryer set . Was told they were brand new . 3 months later the lid switch went out . Took it back and charged me for the part . I was stuck so I paid $60 and the part sells for $40 . 6 months later the dryer started to change color from the heat . Found that the dryer was spray painted over . Then the dryer stopped all together. So I took it apart to find that the supposedly new dryer was used the rollers wore out on the drum . The belt broke the pulley on the motor. Lint all over inside and change . And I never use cash or change . I rebuilt the dryer myself . And now the brand new washer doesn't agitate . Fills and then goes straight to discharge. Ordered a new $400 control panel . This guy is a thief ,liar, punk don't ever here for anything not even a popsicle stick he'll tell you it's new

Buy beware.

Bought a used fridge here 10 months ago. The compressor stopped working today. I called to see what their warranty was, and the guy who answered the phone said one year. I told him my fridge stopped working, and that I bought it ten months ago. He laughed, said the year warranty is only for new refrigerators, and told me "call me back, I'm with a customer" and hung up on me.

Poor customer service and shady business practices.

Simply stated...this father and son duo are rip off artists and should be run out of business. I bought a new refrigerator still in packaging and once it was delivered and in my condo it had a dent and scratch on the door at eye level. Of course, the owners son who delivered the refrigerator promised to replace the door. Complete lie, and when I went there in person after no action via phone it was a nightmare. I don't believe they ever intended to do the right thing and now my only recourse is small claims court.

Rude as heck. That's all you need to know.

Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

The limited selection would be fine if they were willing to help or at least answer questions. They do neither.

Horrible Customer Service!!!!! They just hang up on you without even finishing the conversation.
I had purchased a washer and within the month they had to replace it. The new one they gave, however, also stopped working within a month.
They will tell you that you have a one year warranty but once you complete transaction they say that actually you only have 30 day warranty.

They are a scam and you should stay far away from them

We needed a 67 cubic foot Counter Depth (Shorter Style) refrigerator to fit exactly where our previous fridge was. Researched the internet and only found two with exact measurements, but were out of our price range. On a Sunday, we called S.D. Appliance Warehouse and they were nearly closing and Eli said he'd wait for us. Arrived and saw a Whirlpool of our dreams with Stainless, 3 door, bottom freezer, ice maker and water dispenser! Eli discounted $100- off the bat and we bought it for $1,099- What a steal! Evan P. processed our purchase, emailed receipt and were in and out in TEN minutes...that's a record! Next day delivery for $88-, included delivery, installation and removed old fridge. This Business sells Washers, Dryers, Stoves etc. Come visit, you will be relieved you did!
