Open to the public and no cosmology license required to purchase most products. They even sell developer up to a certain volume and color tubes without a license. However I wish they sold Matrix.

While I'm not a frequent customer I've shopped here on ocassion since the 90's when I worked in the industry. I'm glad that over the years they've expanded the number of products you can buy license free.

While the staff is hit or miss as far as their level of expertise you might get lucky as some do have their cosmology license and are eager to make recommendations.

Aside from industry supplies they sell beauty, skin and nailcare products, hair extensions, hair removal supplies, and mannequin heads with real hair.

Be sure to sign up for their loyalty. Not only does membership lower the price on plenty of items but you get $5 off your next purchase. Score!

Managers treat their young employees terrible. Absolutely no empathy. The store is gross. Overprices everything and just not a good working environment at all. I do not recommend this store. I saw the way the managers were treating their young impressionable employees. And I was disgusting. Rude comments about saying how there were going to get no where in life. I was so disgusted.

I only give one star because I can't give zero. Incredibly rude employees, glanced our way and didn't even acknowledge us when we entered. Nobody asked us if we needed help and the products were on the floor. I found a red clearance ticket on a product and when I asked one of the three employees who were just standing around if it was the price she rudely ripped it off as if I put it there and said it's not the price. Will never go back

Great customer service. Flat iron they suggested worked even better than my Chi.

Please dont go here they dont want your business they are very rude and unprofessional.

Rudest staff, dirty mouths, inappropriate conversations.... Every single time. After my last experience I will never go back.
