The last time I went to get my eyebrows done here, the lady working on me went off in her own world with ONE of my eyebrows. I asked for a clean up and my left eyebrow was cleaned up but I think she tried to reshape my other eyebrow and it just looked horrible. I pointed it out right after and she told me that it's normal and that it'll grow back. I've gotten my eyebrows done many times before and it's never looked this off. I'm so sad because i used to go here allllll the time. But it's been over 4 weeks and I have yet to get my eyebrows done because I'm still trying to grow them out enough to be cleaned up and perfect again.

I have been coming to Rozina for my eyebrows for a year now and I love it! My favorite is Monica because she seems to really know my face and brows well! Today, for the first time, I came to do hair color and cut. Color and cut were done by different ladies, and Monica again did my brows and the blowout! I love it! The color was perfectly chosen, and I did not even pick it; the other lady did. She might be the owner. :) I am not sure, but I hope she remembers the color since I want exactly the same thing next time. :) The salon is clean, and everyone is very nice!

Be sure to ask for prices ahead of time (which I in fact did) and/or look at the price sheet to confirm the prices are valid, so that you're not being over charged, like I was! Received a fascial which was actually really nice but was completely taken advantage of once it was time to pay. Smh. was charged $20 more for my fascial, when The menu CLEARLY stated the correct amount, it was only when I got home and read the service menu that I picked up on my way out that I realized what they did. Called and spoke to ROZENA who argued with me over the fact in the matter other than making it right as a "honest" business owner should have done.

Six months after this haircut, I visited the salon for a cut, color, eyebrows, and (later) a facial.

Rozina ruined my clearly porous hair with a botched bleach and color "service" - which has taken me two years to fix! She's always distracted with multiple clients, which is good for her business, but terrible for any client who wants quality hair care and services.

T & J would always fight - publicly - about who had the right to do my eyebrows. I preferred J even though T provided a nice massage option at the end of threading... it was so uncomfortable that returning for this service alone was no longer an option for me.

The facial experience was okay - she was distracted, too, and would interrupt the process to go downstairs often... pretty expensive given the time spent.

I try to give as many local businesses my patronage - and typically never post unless I have anything nice to say... but two years later I'm still bothered by what happened here!

I retract my previous recommendation -- do not go here for anything but a haircut!

Quality service. Love them . Rosina been around for a while and they keep good people working there

Went there for eyebrow threading, came home with a big bald spot and poorly shaped brows. Ugh! Never again!

Do not go here for eyebrow threading. Absolutely ruined my eyebrows. I just needed a simple clean up and she just kept threading off my hair. I walked out with super thin, uneven eyebrows! Honestly, I'm shocked that they would allow a client to walk away looking like this. They were very quick to charge me and ask for tip too...

I always enjoy going to Rozinas. They do fantastic hair color, hair cut and blow dry.

The only place I go to for threading ask for Tee!! She will leave you looking like a whole queen !
