King art is not bad if u like olive etc

Chicken wings i dont like

But pizza is triple aaa yes

Will go again of course

I used to love this place. Best pizza ever. Friendly staff.

Must be a change in management. The food was good altho it's been better. Cashier guy was extremely rude. Unfriendly. Unwelcoming. Used to be kid friendly. We won't be back.

They were very slow to get our pizzas out and there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. My friend and I ordered the same thing. A personal king arthur pizza. She got sick but I didn't. $28 for 2 personal pizzas and 2 drinks.

Quality... oh, my gosh! The kidney beans had gone off. How long does it take for kidney beans to grow mold? Age or refrigeration? The mushrooms were wilted/shrivelled, the peas were not consistently green...many were grey.

The employees said they were under new owners. Based on the salad bar, I say the new owners suck.

I would strongly not recommend this round table pizza found a hair in my pizza brought it up to the front desk and they blamed my mother in law. The guy at the front desk was extremely unprofessional.

Had a great experience at my recent visit. Matt, who took our order, had excellent customer service and was so friendly and helpful. It is such a rare thing these days that people actually care about doing their job well and care about customers. Thanks Matt!

This is my go to pizza place since I don't like any other pizza chain. The last two times I have ordered from the Federal Way restaurant, I have been unhappy. Today's pizza order was terrible. I ordered online a gourmet veggie on regular crust with a side order of their cheese garlic bread. I showed up about 5 minutes before my pick up time, and the pizza and garlic bread was cold. Plus the regular crust was flat, super dry and not as flavorful as usual. I think they forgot the garlic sprinkle on top. Also my garlic bread was obviously reheated and was burnt, yet somehow still cold. I tried to eat a piece, got two bites down but the third I couldn't even bite through the crust.
Tried contacting online customer service, but online orders don't have store numbers on the receipts so I can't complete their survey.

Hey "Business Manager"... If you pride yourself so much on your business, you should go to this Round Table to see how bad the food is for yourself. I'm not sending you guys any emails. The sheer volume of bad reviews alone should tell you what you need to know.

Great food crispy tasty. Staff quick and friendly . Clean and quiet setting. Great lunch special deal. My favorite pizza in Federal Way.

Horrible customer service and employees are definitely not trained well enough. They took a long time to help us, and were not friendly. There is a sign in front of the cashier that says "look on this website to for coupons then show employee to get discounts!". We did exactly that and they said that we couldn't use it. We got $2 off the entire order because of the type of pizza we chose, but it still ended up being $45 for 12 wings and a medium pizza. Ridiculously expensive and ridiculously disappointed.

Round Table never lets us down!! Been eating at Round Table for over 10 years and the pizza is always amazing. The beer we ordered tasted different and the team went out of their way to make it right immediately! They are always building the trust of their customers!!!!
