I hate that I have so many problems when I come here. I frequent the location in Lubbock TX where I used to live and this area does not measure up. Every time I come my Togo order is wrong, to the point where I know something will be wrong so I expect it. I check my order each time and have to hand back 1-3 items each time I go through the drive through. I really like the chain and so does my partner, but we can't just order and expect it to be right. BEWARE of this location they have execution issues. And the quality you can expect is sub par....... again I love Rosas I wish this location would step it up.......

My sister and her family are big fans of Rosa's, so my husband and I tried it out. The food is good, especially considering it is really more "fast food" than a sit down restaurant. The tacos, burritos, etc. are always filled with meat, and they are not stingy on their servings. The flavors are good, and the meals are filling. We now enjoy Taco Tuesdays regularly. Awesome price for the amount and quality of food received. We like that the drinks are self-serve with free refills, and usually top off our cups before we leave.

I love breakfast food for any meal, and Rosa's breakfast offerings are great. I've tried all of the breakfast tacos and tamales, and they are SO good! My favorite is either the chorizo and egg taco or the migas taco. I usually get one of each. My husband loves the huevos rancheros plate. Great way to start off a Saturday!

Their freshly made onsite tortillas are fabulous! When I was recovering from an illness recently, that was all that sounded good to eat, so my husband drove through and got me some hot, fresh tortillas. Just what the doctor ordered!

For a neighborhood chain restaurant, Rosa's does most things great. The one gripe we have is the design of the HVAC system at the counter where one orders. In every Rosa's we've visited, the design is the same. The HVAC is so loud, it is difficult to hear the staff member trying to take orders. For some reason, most of the young teens who occupy these positions don't realize patrons are struggling to hear and don't speak up even when asked. It is frustrating, but not insurmountable. Rosa's should do better training with those employees serving the public.

All in all, we enjoy this Rosa's location and will be long time patrons.

Please clean your tables!!! Most of the tables (3) were dirty and sticky from staff using same rag to clean all tables without rinsing rag first your food is good but your restaurant will lose customers unless you do something quick.
      Thank you

This review is solely intended for the management of this particular Rosa Café establishment on Coit Road. I went in there for breakfast during breakfast hours, only to be told they were out of egg fajita, how does an establishment like this run out of their staple item. This is solely a management issue and I hope, sir or ma'am, that you get your act together and do your job as you should.

Panchos for the 21st century. Chipotle with more chairs, decorations, and a tortilla machine. Those are a couple of thoughts that passed through my head when eating here with family recently.

The tortillas are good. The decorations and the space overall are fun.

Food? Hahahaha! Panchos. Without the flag. Beans and rice were both too salty to eat. Enchiladas were edible. Panchos. Nothing here is outstanding. Most stuff is barely edible.

I won't go back here on my own. I'd go back if family invited me just to be polite, but I'd probably suggest some other places first.

If I want Mexican food, I want the real thing , not fast food, BUT, when it comes to Taco Tuesday, you can't beat Rosa's. Two soft beef, one crispy beef, no rice, double beans. Let's eat! Two tacos fills me up so there is always leftovers. Thank you very much! I like the salsa bar, cause I add cilantro, pico, and the HOT sauce to my tacos. Definitely delicious. And you can't beat the price. Lunch, leftovers, and a drink for less than $8. At that price, I'll even take Glenda! Hey, tomorrow is Tuesday! Let's go!

I love Rosa's and always will. It's cheap, it's fast, it's so good. The decor inside and the exterior of the building is so fun and really gives you that Tex Mex feel. My favorite things to get are the #55 Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas, bean and cheese burritos, and sopapillas! My boyfriend loves their nachos. Don't even get me started about their tortillas. Great chain spot, I just wish they had more locations!

Ok, I can't believe I ate the whole thin! (Old phrase). I'm a virgin! Yes my first time coming to this restaurant chain. I've seen them pop up all around Allen and Mckinney area, but not sure if there are any in the Richardson area. I hope so because it was gooood! Thanks to my friends suggesting it. You order at the counter and the number pops up on the screen when your order is ready! Jo loud speakers to interrupt you and the music volume was just right, you can literally hold a conversation and not feel that you are yelling at your company. I definitely will be back!

Found hair embedded in the beans and rice. I Didn't realize until halfway through eating the meal. I Went back and asked for a refund and showed them the hair in the food & different color than mine. They refunded only the food and not the drink. Disgusted w the food & experience alike.

Loved the Nachos and was very plentiful. Chips I wished were a little more sturdy. Tacos were tasty and had potato in the meat mixed. Not sure if it was a part of the recipe or just plan cost cutting. Even so they should tell people upfront. Didn't see anything with potato added on menu. It's not a bad place, but there are a lot better Tex-Mex places around.
