I'm giving rooter ranger 5 stars! We had sewer issues (old house) and they came out on a Saturday when we called them and they began working on the issue right away.

The men that came to our home were very professional, polite, honest, and awesome!

The service was done professionally and in my opinion they did it as quickly as they could but they made sure to do it right!

I highly recommend them to anyone!

Our home is back to normal and we couldn't be more blessed to have contacted Rooter Rangers to do the job right the first time!

Gabriel, the plumber was personable, professional, communicative and just a true delight. He loves doing toilets, which I thought was sweet, and made me feel good about using your company. He needed an extra part and graciously got it from his truck and didn't charge extra.


Request Gabriel, especially if you're having a toilet replaced.

Update: they called me back and addressed my complaint, and were willing to work with me on the pricing. I appreciate the follow up but would have been better off with a fair quote to begin with.

They will take advantage of you and then do the bare minimum after charging you at the a**. Called about a clogged sewer line, someone came out pretty quick to snake but it appeared the issue was with my septic tank. Someone came out to use a camera to check everything, I watched the camera footage and nothing was seen. I was told they needed to excavate to the inlet and outlet of the septic to take a closer look. Quoted $6000 to dig a hole in my backyard and "check everything", and they didn't even dig out the inlet outlet like promised. They also didn't even inspect ANYTHING. Instead they had someone dig to the manhole, hired another company to come out and pump, and installed a riser on the manhole, filled the hole and left. Not only was I incredibly misled by the severity of an issue, they didn't even do a fraction of the work that I signed the estimate for. The whole ordeal took far longer than they promised me, and they also didn't blue stake the property before digging. Not sure if they give everyone absurdly high quotes or just young female homeowners who look like they don't know what a septic tank is. I've emailed their complaint line 3 times with no response.

Trying to overcharge for services that could be done much cheaper. My regular plumber was amazed at what they were trying to charge me.

Two stars as the work completed by technicians Andrian and Isaac was good, but I feel I was quoted and overcharged for the scope of work to fix an active water leak, that required immediate action. 4 hours work and a small section of copper pipe 1788$ later, plus the supervisor who came out to quote the job tried to upsell me on unnecessary services.
I called to the company to ask for the $400 rebate offered and so far buptkus... buyer beware, and do some research before accepting a quote from this plumbing company.

Unreliable, no show 2 days in a row. First day when I called they should have said to busy, when I called 4:45pm they said maybe by 8:00pm! Not going to work appt. Set for 8am no show so canceled, called another company and they came in 1dr.

Wanted for 2.5 hours for someone to either show up or at least confirm they were coming. If they are this unreliable, then I don't want to depend on them doing any work at my house.

Very prompt and caring service that was tailored to our needs. Daniel was great and they were focused on getting the job done right the first time.

Cause two leaks inside my house. Tore up baseboards and drywall to dry left and never came back.called owner in December no one has called back. Paid them over $4000. Ruined our holiday season.

Update Rooter Ranger finally called back after this review, they sent someone out to see the damage and supposedly to finish the work. At that time he said we will make things right first we will refund us fully if not at least half of what we paid and we will send someone o jet the pipes today. Since then no one has come or called me back. They refunded half of the price we paid them through the finance company, without letting us know by phone email or text. We got an estimate to repair our home from the damage they caused and it will take about $3500 to repair the floors and walls not including the water soaked new rug and the bathroom vanity. We will be ramping up our efforts through the board of contractors and social media to get satisfaction.

Nice guys and good work. We had a drain issue three years after RR fully replaced all pipe/drain-type stuff. We called and RR responded immediately and honored the warranty without a problem. Unfortunately we required help in the middle of the night. The guys were pleasant and resolved our situation. They'd obviously had a long day and weren't even crabby.
