I'm not sure why this shop continues to run. The store is nice merch is great.I have shopped here three or four times, I always find something to purchase. So not sure If it's the the owners or the staff but they are so rude to some and then they are very nice to some and I find they are rude as hell to the rest of us. Not sure if it's just me or they think I'm common trailer trash do you not like my beautiful tattoos ?? Or perhaps I don't look like your rich clients. Every time I shop you follow me around like I'm going to shoplift from you. The fact is I drive a brand new Cadillac and I'm very rich and I'd buy your high end things but the way you treat some of us, I'd rather give my money to someone else . Customer service not your style to some of us I guess. Too bad for you personally your attitude sucks, and I'd rather shop lower end shops and be treated like a I matter no matter the size of my checkbook. Guess if you want to be treated like crap by all means go here.

I shop at Rococo frequently and have never been disappointed. Quality is amazing and they frequently have sales

I've been consigning and shopping here for about 6 years. Never had a bad experience. Family-run business and they are very personable! I get a great payout on what I consign and I find the brands I like at a great price when I'm shopping!

I'm always looking for quality slightly used items at a discount, and Rococo is just the place! The owners are super nice and friendly. The selection of clothing, shoes and hand bags is extensive! Their items are no older than 2 years old and barely shoe any use.

I like this place at the entrance to the mall. It's not every day that you find a resale/consignment shop that has more a more "boutique" than "thrift" feel--- and that's a good thing!

You'll find name and designer brands, lot of special occasion clothing in excellent to very good condition. It's nice to see a good selection in all sizes, instead of the best stuff in "teeny tiny and petite" only!!

The accessories are really outstanding especially purses and shoes. No HUGE bargains here.... unless you're that lucky size 4 that plucks something off the clearance rack! Staff courteous and aware, but not overbearing all make for a good experience.

DO NOT SHOP OR CONSIGN HERE. She WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! I'd give it zero stars if I could. I read terrible reviews but decided to give them a chance. I regret it. Big time. No integrity and a very very very scary encounter where my safety was of concern. I brought in 3 jeans mid Feb to consign. I did not receive email to finish consigned profile as father stated. So I called and she said she was behind and would send it next week. But I didn't get it again so I called again. Same thing. And then COVID hit, and when I called she said she was not sure what policy they were going to put in place. I said no problem, should I call you or are you going to call consigners? She said she'd call. She didn't. After l called 4 times and I got the run around I decided to stop in to collect jeans/check. She denied our phone conversations (conveniently) and refused to give me my jeans or a check. I was recording her the whole time due to her hostility and concerns for my safety. I HAVE HERE ON TAPE TRYING TO HIT ME AND MY PHONE OUT OF MY HAND. She called police after I said I was recording. Due to it being a business, i was issued a no trespassing bc she asked me to leave a place of business but encouraged to take it up in small claims court. Let me tell you I cried. I mean really really really cried. Not for the no trespassing but bc of the pure lack of integrity of this business, not only not but also refusing to do what is right by another person. Why was I ousted when she was in the wrong on so many levels, particularly that of lacking integrity. Why do nice people finish last? Makes my heart heart honestly. Yeah, so bottom line, believe all the other reviewers and me. DO NOT SHOP OR CONSIGN HERE. SHE WILL RIP YOU OFF. Give your hard earned money to local businesses that respects their customers and their community. Peace and love

I visited Rococo while vacationing in Gulf Breeze. It's a tidy, organized store with a warm, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Labels run from the neighborhood of Nanette Lepore on down to some store brands. All in very good condition and very well organized. Don't saunter in looking for Chanel or St. John and you won't be disappointed.
