      I called what felt like every broker. I know understand how this industry works. You pay a broker a fee and they put the bid out there. They pay the driver and keep a small amount. I was trying to move my car from LA to Buffalo. I was priced $1350. I signed my contract. The guy William said he was my guy and to call for anything. So about a day before pickup I was calling because I had a question about gas in my car no response. I finally got ahold of them the next day when I got dispatched and then I called to confirm and then they told me the driver dropped me. So after that I called back because I forgot to ask my question. Then NO one answered me. That's when I was getting nervous. I called at least 10 times. So then I called off my husbands phone and then answered first time. I told them I thought that was strange and then durning my call they hung up on me. I was not yelling or being rude but questioned them as I was scared of being scammed. They are legit company but they are notorious for ghosting people. When you give someone you never met your CC info for a large amount in an industry to you don't know about it's scary when people don't pick up after they said they would. I contacted another company SYCN (ship your car now) they communicate well and my car has been dispatched. Worth it to pay a little more to get a price of mind. I ended up paying $1500. I told him my story with Road Runner and they said it's not the first time they've heard it so this seems to be a trend with them. Maybe they're better for smaller moves but across the country not to sure about.

      I was shopping for a quote from Oregon to California and Blake England quoted me $715. Another company offered $545. I went with the other company and Blake called and I told him and he snarked that they would raise the price and to call when they fail. Trying to scare people into using your company by telling them others will try and bait and switch is a shady tactic. Hope Blake learns to be more respectful.

      First transport went well. Second transport with Safe Auto did not. First delay right away. Next day I received a text pickup confirmation but no one showed up. I called and they delayed another day. I had a flight and had to leave my keys with someone else.
      Poor communication and too many delays with no notice.

      One negative review on Yelp that I didn't see prior to booking as I saw so many positive google reviews. Absolute worst experience with this company. Booked 11 days in advance, secured with credit card, received confirmation for date of pickup, waiting on assigned carrier. Two days before pickup (on a Saturday), received dispatch phone number to contact and confirm pick up, etc. Immediately called number provided: no answer, message left. Called again Monday morning, no answer. Called again, finally dispatch answers and I was told "we just found a driver ten minutes ago" and proceeded to change the date AND JACK UP THE PRICE. Obviously they know people need a service, especially cross country. Then they cancelled the pick up AFTER CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD.

      The worst experience I've ever had with any business. Got a quote, signed the contract. Said my car would be picked up Monday, then revised to Weds. Weds morning they called and asked for $200 more, when kindly said "we had a secured priced agreed on" then put me on hold, came back and said that carrier had canceled but they had another lined up for Thursday pickup. Received a confirmation email, then the trucking company reached out to me and said they would pickup Saturday. When I called roadrunner back to see if they could help and maybe find another shipper, they said "we don't have any control on when they pick up your vehicle". Roadrunner was extremely rude, when I asked for a supervisor I was told there were none. Of course on Saturday, the carrier canceled and again roadrunner assured me they had another truck lined up to pick it up on Saturday, but needed another $150 to do so. I finally agreed. Of course my car wasn't picked up until Monday, and was estimated a 4-5 day transit time. 4 days later, delivery window has changed to 7-8 days. 10 days in and I'm still without my car.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. After booking, can never get anyone on the phone. Waiting on hold for 2 hours and no one ever answered. Had to ultimately cancel

      Please NEVER use this company. They are Terrible!!?

      They will give you a low price to get you in and then increase it when it's time to confirm the shipping. I'm no dummy. Thankfully it's not a rush for me so I canceled the booking.

      Another 1 star review for Roadrunner Auto Transport. Should be called Turtle transport. I paid $1200 to get a car delivered. Great customer service on the initial call, but after they get your money they disappear. Didnt pick up the car the day promised and ended up out sourcing to another company. Horrible all the way around!

      They asked called me asking if I needed a service out of no where. I said what out of confusion and he asked me if I was death and then hung up... Extremely rude. When I called back to put in a complaint they acted like they don't know anything. And transferred my to a answering machine.
