As trained medical professionals, our dedication to maintaining a safe environment through rigorous infection control procedures is at our core. We know that moving forward our commitment to your safety will be even more important. While continuing to meet traditional CDC and OSHA requirements, we are adopting some new, additional protocols. For example, we might wear additional PPE, request you wear a mask to your appointment, or take your temperature upon arrival. We may also ask you to wash your hands, request you wait in a treatment room or your vehicle instead of the waiting room, or request that you call in payment after your appointment. Jan 22, 2024Previous reviewI think I have FINALLY found my dental service provider!! The staff is so friendly, up to date on records, and Dr. Parsons is so good. Judy, the hygienist, is so friendly and does a terrific job!!! They make things so easy, and comfortable! She even gave me a pillow for my neck when I was in the chair. This place is terrific, and I would recommend anyone needing dental services to go here. Beautiful building and offices, too!!!!

Not happy with the fact that I was told that I have excellent insurance that my root canal and crown was 100% covered. Then my next appointment to get my crown I asked them again because I received a notice from my insurance stating it wasn't covered and the dentist stated they probably just need more information. My next visit they handed me my bill with the cost of 2044.00 and said my insurance did not cover it. I called my insurance and they stated they never received the pre approval and they do not cover root canals or crowns so it wouldn't have been approve no matter what. I've never been to a dentist that did not actually send in for an actual pre approval and have it approved before doing the work. My husband wants me to get lawyer which might not be a bad idea because this is bad business.

These dentists, hygienists and staff are the best. I've lived here 16 years and until I found them I floated around trying to find a good place. They're the best!

Vanika is wonderful.
The biz manager screwed everything else up and then took an inordinate amount of time to refund the thousands I paid upfront.

DONT GO HERE!! If I can give this place a ZERO I would!!! Very unprofessional, SOME of the workers are VERY inconsiderate! Had me reschedule one appointment THREE times, didn't have the courtesy to call me that my dentist would be out, and made me drive all the way there to tell me I couldn't do my appointment. Then 3 different people in the office told me I was able to do a payment plan, when the time came and I ACTUALLY got an appointment they told me I had to pay in full because not one but THREE other people gave me wrong information in THEIR office, their response was, 'sorry, they didn't know what they were talking about'. Lady was VERY unprofessional when going over my payment plan.... this place was just trashh!! Asked for a corporate or higher ups number 'they didn't have one'

Dr Jean-Baptiste and staff are amazing! They are pleasant and knowledgeable. This coward was made to feel very comfortable as they explained everything about procedures and payments. The office has a relaxing, clean and safe environment. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a change or in need of services. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased an Oral B electronic toothbrush on December 28, 2022 for $49.99. I was told that they were on backorder but would call me as soon as it came in. I waited almost 2 months and called on 2-22-23 to check the status. They told me it was in and apologized for not calling to let me know it was there. I went that day to pick up the toothbrush. I immediately noticed that the toothbrush given to me was not the one I ordered. I was told the manufacturer does not make the one I ordered anymore and was replaced with this version. Since it was a much cheaper version, I asked for a refund. A refund was issued by Becka for the full amount of $49.99. She said the refund should take about 3 weeks to post back to my bank account. After waiting a month without receiving the refund, I contacted the billing department, again. This time I was told that there was miscommunication between billing and corporate and that they issued a new refund on March 9th. It is now April 12th and my refund has still not been received.

Went to this office to get a crown replaced, and they were unable to do the work due to faulty equipment. After 4 visits, I gave up on them. I then tried to get a refund for the $96.00 that was charged for the initial visit, which was related to the crown replacement that they were unable to do. I called the office and was advised a part-time manager would call me back. After speaking with him, he advised he would talk to the owners and get back to me. After a month of chasing him down and he not returning phone calls, I reached him on 4/11/23. He says that they will not refund the money even though they were unable to perform the crown replacement. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said he was the owner. After a few minutes of me telling him I don't believe him and he's lying, he admitted the Dr's own the clinic. First, they are unable to do the work, then they lie to me all to keep my 96.00. Please stay away and like this review. Let them see what it really cost them in new patients.

I had an appointment for two months, was going to be my first time. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello, that were it ended. I was than informed that they cancelled my appointment. Apparently the incompetence of the staff calling my parents house, let me add I gave them my cell number and email address. They sent me link to preregister before my visit to the facility. Well since they called my parents house, which that same day I heard the message, because I had to retrieve the messages for my parents. I wasted 1/2 a day leave from work. I wouldn't recommend going to a place the staff can't call the correct number or email. I find it to be a disgrace how doctors and dentist staff handle things today. So do yourself a favor and don't book an appointment with River Crossing Dental group, because if the staff can't handle a simple phone call, one only thinks what the dentist can't handle doing. Good Luck!!!

Received a flyer in the mail. exam, xray and cleaining 79.00. Decided to give it a try. First of the staff and dental hygienist was excellent and very nice. Now her comes the downside. I knew I would need a deep cleaning, after all the lady comes in telling me my total for cleaning would be about 2100 dollars. Of course if I joined their vip deal for 79 per year it would drop the price.
Of course someone has to pay for the fancy office and top of the line imaging equipment. Just not going to be me. I left, paid the 79 never got my teeth cleaned at all. BS flyerHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
