The Ritz-Carlton provides world class service from a dedicated staff. The public spaces are beautiful and the location is perfect. This is the most prestigious address in Baltimore.

Love this place!
The service does not get any better than what is supplied here by all of the staff.
Complimentary valet for all guests, amenities right at your fingertips, and cannot beat the locations of the building!
Walking distance to Federal Hill, Inner Harbor and Fells Point.
Gorgeous apartments and suits as well.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Megan T.Punta Gorda, FL2321Aug 1, 2018

This place is white glove all the way.
Glamorous to be sure.
Free valet parking.
I've been here for several events, the last was held in their showroom suite.
Insane what a barge for of $$ gets you.
Gorgeous with spot on service.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Erin E.Baltimore, MD01Apr 23, 2018
Don't EVER leave your car (valet) there if you happen to be visiting a friend, who pays an arm and a leg to live there. We did last night and someone parked it in and the front desk guy had no idea how to move it/ provided no options for getting it out. We suggested tow which they wouldn't do even though the situation was absolutely ridiculous. My friend had to catch a plane at 6 a.m. so her poor father has to now drive down half hour to try to figure everything out. Negligence and incompetence at its best. Never been more pissed off. Will never, ever give this company money again no matter what city I'm in. Horrible.

I mistook this building for the address my visiting friend gave me to meet him at, though this wasn't discovered for a time... in the interim, I was treated horribly by the sub-par employees of this "luxury" residence complex. From the moment I walked in, dressed nicely and in no way looking out of place (I'm white, and affluent), I was glowered at with suspicion by the front desk kid, presumably for being unfamiliar. I was not greeted with anything resembling warmth, hospitality, or friendliness, and after being stared at uncomfortably for a few minutes by him as I waited in the lobby for my friend to text me back, I was rudely demanded to provide the name of who I intended to meet. This could have been asked with at least a modicum of friendliness, but instead I was feeling really guilty for being there! He of course didn't recognize the name, and immediately started radioing to his cronies about it. Finally after a mere ten minutes I was pretty much kicked out, and my car that had been valet parked was loudly threatened to be towed. There was no attempt made to assuage my confusion, help me find the actual address of my radio-silent friend, or ease the awkwardness of the situation whatsoever. The staff of this establishment- all of whom look pubescent- are appallingly awful at providing a remotely luxurious or pleasant experience, which I would presume is the optimal goal in a luxury complex like the Ritz. Absolutely appalling. These kids all need to be fired and go work as bouncers at night clubs- it seems to be their true calling.
As it happens, my parents are beginning to look into the acquisition of a luxury residence in Baltimore, and will now beyond a doubt be passing over the Ritz complex as a viable option- god forbid anyone ever try to visit them! I will be sure to dissuade those of our friends with means from considering it as well.
Shame on the staff of the Ritz. Hire some staff with hospitality experience, and a bare minimum of tact, grace, and friendliness.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1
