      Horrible!! Long line formed with one person on register. When I was checking out the cashier started to text while I was waiting for her to press the button to go to the next screen on the card machine. Unprofessional!!!

      Been coming to this rite aid for years, and never experienced such bad service until today. Cashier was rude. Women came in asking for hand sanitizer and the cashier told her to "stay home and wash your hand" with a attitude. It's not her fault the store does not supply any hand sanitizer, and there's also nothing wrong with asking. She was bashing behind her back right away to another customer in spanish.

      Let this review entirely be dedicated to one of the managers named Candice and one of their employees named Maria.  

      I go into Rite Aid. First person I see is Candice. She turned and glanced at me said gdm but with no smile and her whole body language expressing she was tired, irritated, and didn't want to be there.

      I'm way too happy to care cuz I'm having a great morning and I'm jus too excited to get Thrifty ice cream for breakfast!

      So she walks over, gloomy, & asks what I want. No eye contact. No conversation. Jus her body language clearly expressing: 'I have more important things to do than to help you.'
      (Jus killing my mood & morning. What a bummer!)
      She hands me my 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup and hands me one of the little spoons that they hand you when you want to sample a flavor. I looked at it and kindly asked her for a regular sized spoon and she says "we don't have any"... my expression: ??? o.O ???

      I'm ready to pay for the ice cream and she says "No pay at the other register." She walks off and tells me that Silvia is going to help me. (Silvia is the other manager here.) She greets me with a smile, a gdm, and makes conversation! Wow! I'm smiling again! What A BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

      I kindly ask her if she had any of the big spoons and she went to the ice cream side and checked her supplies. She couldn't find any so she called in Maria to check in the back. (Maria is a regular employee here) She walks over and tells Silvia that they don't have any in the back and adds (with a stern face may i add) that they're suppose to hand out the little spoons. Silvia politely asked her to grab one of the boxes of spoons from the shelf and Maria jus stares at Silvia.  (I'm just looking at them and wondering why she's just staring at her o.o)

      Maria then starts rocking her head side to side (meaning: No) & then replies with a No. ...and she's doing this in like a mocking motion ..(me: woah!!! 0.0 ). Silvia keeps her cool and politely asks Maria again. Maria just looks at her and Silvia says "Jus blame it on me if anyone says anything about it." Maria walks away and comes back with an open box of spoons and has one popping up so I can grab it. I look at Maria with a smile and told her thank you, but she said nothing to me whatsoever and had an upset defeated face expression.  

      I went over to Silvia to pay for my ice cream and told her a big well appreciated thank you. She smiled and told me that she understands the concept of Customer Appreciation.

      That was exactly it!!!!!!!

      I couldn't believe the way the other two acted and behaved in front of me. This being my first time at this Rite Aid. It's no wonder why ppl spread the word by the ability to complain on yelp, email, facebook, and other resources to spread their experience ! Being able to add names is just a big look out on who to avoid and let the company know!

      I honestly believe in great customer service and the only one that expressed that was Silvia. She deserves the 5 stars in my review. The other two ladies just didn't help my business in Rite Aid at all. Negative stars towards Candice and Maria. Adios!  

      P.s: Thank you again Silvia.

      If they only handed you the small spoon, wouldn't you have asked for the big spoon? They didn't have any, but I got mine!

      I come to this location often and everytime I visit they are always closed . The excuse I hear often is " we're waiting to restock" . Really you guys have been waiting to restock for more than a year. If they're not going to have ice cream might as well take the thrifty sign down

      The girl with the purple and pinkish hair at the ice cream area was so freaking rude. She was serving our ice cream with attitude and honestly, she looked like she hates her job. Made me and my cousin feel really uncomfortable to order. I hope her manager gets on her case with her customer service. If I could I would give 0 stars .

      Pharmacy! H O R R I B L E ! I called to make sure my prescription was ready they had me on hold for 10 min I clicked and called back and they're like "oh yes let me check" like really 10 min on hold and you still didn't have an answer and they told me oh we can fill two of the medications but we don't have this like really? What kind of pharmacy is this!? It went on for like 3 days until I decided to go get my actual prescription back to go get it filled somewhere else and I still had to wait 20 min cause they couldn't find it! OMG horrible service. Rite aid pharmacy's are kind of slow like the one in Monterey park but it's understandable slow ... Like they're actually busy but this one in commerce shesh! It's an embarrassment!

      Ice cream section is ALWAYS closed. For goodness sakes we're in the middle of summer. Rite Aid in Commerce please get it together.......

      What a horrible location! I'm currently in line for the pharmacy and I've been waiting to pick up an already order medication for 20mins. with only 2 people in front of me. How can it take this take this long!

      Probably the last time I come to this rite aid! They never have ice cream. The worker gave my daughter attitude when she asked if they were open. I'll be driving to Monterey park or montebello from now on

      The pharmacy employees are really slow they have a line down the isle and just conversing with the guest while there is a line, instead of asking that person to step to the side to help another person. People are coming on there lunch break and can't wait for there medication. Plus they still have a 2 hour wait for prescriptions either dropped off or phoned in. I'm not a happy customer today.
