Great customer service. Paint job came out nice. I wasn't able to pick up my car, so they delivered to my house. Good job!

I banged up my girlfriends 2012 Challenger not paying attention hitting the exterior the garage door on the right rear quarter. Not wanting to be in the doghouse, I went saw Ricks and they were able to fix it while I waited. Apparently the body panels had been jogged to come out of the alignment tabs and Vince the estimator used Polishing Compound to get rid of external paint scuffs with discovery of no vehicle paint damage. I don't think I was there long but when I tried to pay they told me we want your future business so no charge and they refused my cash. I can't thank Vince in the staff enough to get me out of the Dog House the same day I got it. I will give you my future business and I wanted to share my story. Thanks very much!

Big rave! Rick's Auto Body is excellent. I was rear ended earlier this month and had some frame damage and just got my truck back today looking all brand new and awesome. They even cleaned it for me! Also their customer service was spot on. They answered all my calls and kept me updated on the progress. I'd give them 6 stars if that was a thing.

I absolutely recommend Ricks Auto Body & Paint to everyone. I wasn't sure where to get a quote on my (cracked windshield, headlight & some paint nicks on my front bumper) and I was told on the FB communuty page to go here. And oh my, I am so glad I did. My car looks brand new, like nothing ever happened. I was so pleased when I received my car. It was nice and clean and smelled great! Super friendly staff and i noticed from day one they treat every customer like family. They took care of my secondary rental through the insurance company and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs bodywork done.
((Terry took care of my windshield in a fast fimely manner, he educated me in how my windshield will be removed and put in properly and also told me information I didn't even know about my windshield (has sensor). Great customer service and reasonable prices. I needed the bumper on my BMW painted and color matched and they did a great job. Prior to coming here I had gone to another shop that took 2 months and did absolutely nothing even though they'd say it would be "ready soon." Ricks Auto body was quick and they made sure to to cover my bumper so that I'd be able to take it home without a scratch!

One of the best places to take your car in regardless of what's the problem with it. My family and I have been going here for years. Though prices are alright, the quality of work you get is well worth it. In addition they constantly give you updates and make sure that they only do the things you want done. Sometimes it takes a while for the job to get done, but most of the time it is due to the fact that they must order certain parts and wait for it to be delivered.

Another great thing is that even when they're closed you can simply drop your car off there with the keys in the box they have outside, and it'll be taken in the next business day and you'll get a phone call about your car.

Had needed to get the front molding on a rental car fixed/replaced & they were very fast & efficiant in getting part's ordered & installed with min. wait time.
