I've been coming here for years and they're consistent every single time. My manicures always last 3+ weeks (I'm sure they could last for longer but I can't stand it when my nails are super long).

I don't request anyone specific, but I always call at least a couple hrs in advance for an appointment. They're good about telling me if they're too busy at the moment - aka they respect booked appointments.

I get dip or gel manicures, reg pedicures, and sometimes designs if I'm feeling extra they're amazing at taking a photo and re-creating.

Vibe is a regular nail salon - bring headphones or a book if you need entertainment.

Kim did an amazing job on my gel manicure. She is so meticulous and has wonderful customer service. She listened to what I needed to fix my broken nail and made all of my nails look natural!

Love this place--I get my nails done about 2 times a year and always come here. Service is friendly and high quality. Sometimes I'll schedule an appointment but they're accommodating of walk-ins as well. Prices are fair and their gel manicures last forever.

I have been going here for years. I've been living in LA for a while and seriously no manicures ever last as long as the ones I get here. I've gotten gel x, gel manicures, regular pedicures, and gel pedicures. I always have a good experience! I make sure to go whenever I go back home to SF. I got my nails done on Dec 31st and not one has chipped and it's Jan 23rd. I'm confident they'll make it to 4 weeks. Also my nails were a weak disaster when I got them done but they feel so strong now. I love this salon!

My cousin's husband has horrendous feet and super thick toenails so we took him to get a pedicure. Really impressed with this salon- easy parking on Geary (in the morning at least), clean and very nice staff. They wear masks, they're optional but encouraged for customers. They also offer beverages.
His toenails were so thick that it couldn't be cut with the normal tools- he actually needs to see a podiatrist- but Vivian worked on it above and beyond! She filed and clipped as much as she could and did an awesome job with getting them to a manageable length. Kudos to Vivian for her effort on an Herculean job! Thank you!

I finally came back here for a gel mani and pedi after a couple of years! I've always had a great experience, but I think this time I would reconsider.

I didn't have any nail polish prior to the nail appointment and even so, the appointment was 2+ hours. I asked for a Gel mani with a design. I've had designs done here before so I didn't think it would be a problem. She started to work on the design on one nail but after 30 minutes I suggested a simpler design - french gel with a simple extra line across the nail. She goes on to blame my nails for being too short for the design so that is why she couldn't complete the design. (I don't think that was necessary to blame the customer). Even with the simple line, I was there for an extra hour. The lines were slightly crooked and she forgot to wipe down the last layer of polish so my nails felt sticky. She was very patient and persistent with working on my nails. After 3 weeks, my gel nails were still going strong. The pedicure was a good experience.

Overall, not happy since I don't get a manicure often, I would say I had an okay experience after coming here for a couple of years.

This service was so good! I was able to drop in with 30 minutes notice for an ombré gelX. I'm typically a person who has a lot of questions but Lynn and Kim were really nice and professional. I love, love my nails and am already excited to go back.

I've been coming here for mani pedi for 8 years. Yesterday really made me reconsider joining my friend at another shop. I had two newbies working on me.

Gel mani - I went in with my nails over grown so they can fix it. I requested for short, square with curved edges. She cut them and then made them really ROUND. I was observing how round her nails were, which prompt me to speak up. So because my nails were cut short, there was no nail left to fix! I was a bit annoyed because a gel mani is now $35. I was super unhappy with it already and then when I finished, the right thumb is missing polish , left pinky has missing polish on the edge and my nails are SO SHORT.

Pedicure - initially she couldn't figure out why my feet couldn't reach the water, someone else has to tell her to get another block. The cut and color are fine, however, the lady forgot the top coat, thankfully came back to put it on.

Overall, not happy especially since I don't get a manicure often, I have this ugly short super curved nails to look at for the next ~2 weeks.

They had fast service and great hospitality

I've been coming here for 10 years now and although I no longer live close by, I come regularly.
Kim and all of the ladies are all so welcoming and great. I've tried a few other spots in the city over the years and nothing compares.
(I'm super picky about my cuticles and they truly do the best for mine.)
Before I had laser hair removal I'd also come here for waxing services and they always did a phenomenal job.

Highly recommend.

Pro- tip: making an appointment will just help you cut the line when you get there if they are busy- IT DOES NOT mean you'll get serviced at your appointment time. Pre Covid this place was always jam packed. These days it depends on the day but I still like to schedule an appointment.
