My root canal involving a rather large tooth was insanely painless. Dr. Rhone and his entire staff - from receptionist to assistant - were empathetic, communicative and professional. Dr. Rhone did a great job explaining various aspects of the procedure, and providing post-procedure expectations, which were spot on. I would recommend this guy in a heartbeat.

Dr. Rhome Quickly took quick care of my abscess. He even counted down the minutes to completion. He's that precise.
Whatever too high expectations are out there on this...he alleviates the pain as quickly as anyone could.
And he's pretty good with the novocaine needle - not bad.

I never thought I'd write a dentist review let alone after a root canal. I just left Dr Rhome office after a root canal procedure and it was the best experience anyone could have given what I got done. He was so comforting, experienced and genuinely kind. I hope I never get to see him in this setting but if you ever need any dental work and you hate going to dentist trust me he will make you feel better. I have been scared for Days now and I didn't have to.

So, this guy knows how to work relatively fast (so they say. the root canal took 2 visits and for this he gets the 1 star), but he's rude, evil, disrespectful for his own clients, aggressive and extremely expensive ($1500 for a 1 hour work).

I got to his clinic with terrible pain. Instead of being a little sympathetic, he laughed at me and insulted me several times. I wouldn't mind if the rest was fine, but after few hours, when I started feeling my mouth again, I realized he used the needle so brutally that all my gums were bleeding heavily for several days later!

In addition, I asked him to send me the X rays so that I could take them to a dentist for a crown. He sent them to a dentist that he "liked" and guess what? even after 4 calls to his office (that works like 3 hours a day) - I still don't have these X rays.

I've heard of many good doctors, who are also nice and not as expensive. I recommend you to try them and save yourselves the humiliation and the empty bank account..

This is an excellent practice. Have had to come here for emergency root canals. Recently my daughter has to have a root canal corrected here because she went to an unskilled dentist. Dolores is the most professional and efficient office manager and Dr. Rhome is exceptional.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews here. I was referred to Dr. Rhome by my dentist when it became clear I needed a root canal. I had never had one before and was scared -- everyone seems to dread root canals and I didn't know what to expect.

I cannot compliment this practice highly enough. I had contact with four people -- the receptionist, two assistants and Dr. Rhome, and every single person was helpful, friendly and incredibly competent.

Check in was easy, the wait was short and the procedure was quick, less than an hour. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure and, remarkably, absolutely no pain afterward. I didn't need to take one pill for pain, which I think is amazing.

I found Dr. Rhome to be very friendly and, most importantly, excellent at his job. He and his staff patiently answered any questions I asked, they worked well together and the procedure went very well. Did I mention there was absolutely no pain, during or after a root canal?

I don't know how some other people had such a different experience. I went in dreading having a root canal and, remarkably, went away feeling that it was one of the most pleasant dental experiences I'd ever had.

Omar, the doctor's assistant, made the procedure really easy for me.
I called and left a msg at 4am. Dr. Rhome personally called me back 5 minutes before the office opened at 8:15a and offered me a 10a slot.

From here on I will never crack the usual sympathy seeking jokes about needing a root canal. Dr. Rhome worked quickly painlessly and his expertise gave great results.

I saw Dr. Rhome for a consultation, but have not had any work done yet. Since I can't really evaluate the quality of the work, I gave 4 stars rather than 5. But everyone in the office was very friendly from the person at the front desk to Dr. Rhome himself. Dr. Rhome saw me very quickly - barely a wait. He seemed kind and competent. If I get root canals done by him, I can do a better evaluation of the actual work.

Well, I have had 8 root canals. Don't ask.
The last 4 were preformed by the very best Doctor I have encountered. From start to finish, painless. Both Dr. Rhome, and his staff, are courteous, proficient, and, funny.
I never walk into his office with trepidation.
