The Reseda stop is the best way to get to CSUN. It's located near a gas station, Baskin Robbins, party store and some restaurants. This station has parking always ready so that's a big plus.

The Orange Line is the fastest of all the metro lines in LA. It took 15 minutes to breeze through 8 stops and get to this spot. I got off, found the waiting area, and was out and on my way quickly.

Also there's plenty of shade in the waiting area, benches, and parking. It's hot in the valley so all this stuff is helpful.

They need to make the machine a lot more easier to use. It kept making trying to buy a pass when I already had one. The buttons are way too hard. I missed the bus because of their stupid machine.

Plenty of parking here! Bus times depend on the time you arrive at the station. If you arrive in the morning, you can expect a bus every 5-7 minutes. That is great. Plus there are signs above you giving the approximate arrival time of the next few busses.

If you are getting off on this station to transfer to the 240/741 bus like most people do, give yourself enough extra time because those two buses don't pass often, which is very inconvenient given the fact that a lot of people who transfer on those buses are students trying to get to CSUN. Most times when the orange line bus arrives to the station you'll see the 741/240 getting to the stop and what sucks is that you think you'll catch that bus but the bus drivers won't wait for you. They'll take off anyway so plan ahead of time because they won't care. In addition to that most bus drivers are rude.

      First to Review

This station seriously needs some trees or something to shade those transferring to the 741 Rapid/240 Local buses on Reseda. Heat isalnd effect is Terrible!! That Metro Sign Slab Monolith is about as good as it gets. The whole area is ALL concrete/ asphalt. Not enough benches outside the station either. And believe me, you may think that empty bus is going to wait for the disembarking Orange Liner's (even if it is supposed to line up with your arrival on Gmaps) --- but it wont. Better run. Its not a timed transfer spot... If you have something time sensitive up the road-- make sure you get here one bus transfer BEFORE the last possible appropriate time configuration... Also-- can get packed with students!
