Be cautious of renting cars from this rental company. I am dealing with an insurance claim for hail damage. They are trying to charge over $3,100 over diminution of value which is substantially more than the car is even worth after repairs for a 2015 Buick Verano with 150,000 miles. They consider this car outstanding and I pulled the CarFax to learn that it is a salvage title and was totalled in 2016. The repairs for the car were estimated at almost the value of the car for body work. Per the research the value should be 30%-40% lower. They deal with PurCo fleet services to work with the insurance company. See attachment of a review from an employee at PurCO. Just be cautious as I would not want you to deal with the same situation. I am still dealing with the claim after several months. I will never rent from them again as I have had hail damage in the past and never had any issues.

0 STARS. I rented a car from them on 1/30 that was a 2010 chrysler with 226,070 miles on it. It wasn't the nicest car but I was told it worked and that they maintenance all vehicles. I only needed the car to drive to work which was 5 miles from where I was staying in Minot. On 1/31 I was driving down the street and suddenly the steering wheel locked, the battery, oil, and engine light went on, and the engine started overheating. I had to pull over, USE MY AAA TO GET TOWED. The tow truck driver immediately noticed the serpentine belt snapped and was dragging under the car. Also this was on a Sunday so the company was closed and I had to make multiple phone calls to figure out what to do with the car. A man I spoke to from their call center told me I would get a full refund. Scott, the owner, then called me and offered a new car but I declined given the situation and dropped the car off at the company. The next day I received an email with an invoice receipt stating that i turned the car in with 228,573 miles on, total miles driven 2,503 MILES IN 24HRS, literally impossible. I probably drove 10 miles. Well today I called and Scott refused to give me a refund since I "still had a working car for a day". He stated that the belt didnt snap and that another piece broke that caused the belt to slide off in which in was a freak thing. He refused to refund me $30 dollars and stated that he has been in the auto business since the '90s and clearly hasnt learned any customer service because hes arguing with me over $30. Well now he gets a bad review and still isnt getting the $30.
Side note: Scott called and said that the mileage was an error on their part and so clearly their are a lot of errors within the company.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Matthew F.Minot, ND01Oct 19, 2019
Rented a Vehicle, i'm 6"5" they were out of vans and trucks so i had to rent a small vehicle that i barely fit in which i was like meh it's ok i need it but when i ask them not to charge my credit card that they "only need for deposit" they did anyway when i told them several times i was going to pay with a different card. when i called an 9 mins after they opened the next day to pay for the car lady treated me with utter disrespect literally yelling at me for even suggesting that this was the case and then proceeded to hang up on me, i have worked in customer service my whole life practically and my black self would be fired for treating someone this way, and it made me sad cause usually it's pretty smooth renting here...

I had a great experience with the company. They were able to pick me up and drop me off at the airport. Price for rentals was a lot cheaper than major companies during thanksgiving week! Will work with them in the future again
