      They let someone else get away with messing up a vehicle they then rented to us and now trying to keep my deposit

      absolutely horrible. rented a car for a week week, went to return it with full tank of gas as requested and cleaned the car! mind you I do NOT smoke cigarettes or smoke weed. anywyas brought the car back with them saying they were gonna hold onto my deposit so to the car smelling like perfume. I'm a female I spray perfume on myself. that's outrageous reason to keep the deposit when I read and followed the rental agreement witch said NOTHING about perfume smell. I'm disgusted and waiting to call them to see if their story now changes or if they give me the deposit back.

      Everytime I come to Baltimore I rent from this location because they have ALWAYS taken care of me. Ms. Penny and her staff are polite, professional and willing to help. The cars a priced well and are always clean. I highly encourage everyone to rent here!

      Horrible, horrible customer service and beware that they also have horrible business practices. My deposit was kept for my rental due to "a heavy smell of black ice".

      I received my rental with a heavy smell of black ice and returned vacuumed as I always do my rentals and also sprayed a couple sprays of black ice. Upon returning the vehicle in the same condition I received it, smell and all I was told my deposit would be held because of heavy scent of black ice.

      I called to speak with manager next day as instructed and then was told the car had a heavy smoke scent which was a bunch of crap (I don't smoke anything). How did we go from a heavy black ice scent to a heavy smoke scent.

      Penny was gone for the day so I called back the next day and was then told by the 3rd person I spoke with (Penny, the manager) that the car had ashes. This is now 3 completely different reasons as to why my deposit was held.

      It's disgusting to me that Penny could do her loyal customer who has never had a problem like this especially since it was all a bunch of crap. Greed and money hungry is the only excuse to keep my $150 deposit with 3 different excuses.

      I do not recommend them to anyone unless you would like to forfeit your deposit due to lies. Not to mention Penny hung up on me which is unacceptable when all I wanted was answers and a straight story. I did not once disrespect her so there was no call from that.

      Patronize a business who won't try to screw you over.

      I just landed at BWI and had a reservation and two of the workers were still there at 5pm. They closed the door on me and wouldn't let me rent the car and left me stranded. Also very rude black dude. I had to call and cancel and even the man on the phone had poor customer service skills. Very limited selection of vehicles. I suggest not going the cheap route and just stick with renting from the airport.

      I made the mistake of renting a car from here. I was hit by a hit and run driver, and when I returned the car, they accused me of smoking in the car. I have been cigarette free for THREE YEARS. After the incompetent employees argued about the fact that they gave me a car that was dirty.... They mentioned that my boyfriend was standing outside of the business smoking a cigarette. SOMEHOW that justified them charging me $300 for not smoking in the car. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!

      The customer service here is absolutely horrible. This "lady" was literally yelling at me over the phone then hung up. I called back to ask who I was speaking with (to file a compliment) and was hung up on AND this was when we were trying to RETURN OR EXTEND the rental agreement. Not to mention their so called customer care was as rude as the location. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. Wish I would have researched first.. THE WHOLE COMPANY DEFINITELY NEEDS A CRASH COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wish I could give zero stars

      I've rented from here several times and each time I never had any problems. Customer service was excellent. My vehicle was ready and always clean. I will continue to rent vehicles from them in the future. My number #1 choice.

      I rent cars on a regular basis and my experience with Val from the Northern Parkway location was extremely pleasant, very informative ,she gave great customer service, and she gave me recommendations that allowed me to get discounts ,fantastic attitude I strongly recommend that you ask for Val

      I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been using their services for a while now and to very honest it was not always the best. Today was the worst and the absolute last time I rent from that business. At the top of my list of reasons is the new guy on the desk, he barely speaks above a whisper, plays on his phone and flat out ignores you when you ask a question. Today was my return day, I got a flat tire pulling into the lot. I do know policy(the car was still in my possession) even so the fact it happened as I pulled up should warrant a conversation, answering my questions some sort of resolution. Instead the same young man ignored me when asked about costs, the staff ignored me when I suggested that someone needs to check for whatever object caused this to happen and when asked for a cost break down I was told nothing except your money is hold you'll be called as their response to what are the next step. The staff is dismissive, rude and the whole thing feels shady. I thought I found a nice place for my travel needs but today I learned I was wrong. I will be sure to inform my veteran friends to go somewhere else for that offers better service and better discounts cause this place ain't it.
