WORST hair salon ever! The employee's are unprofessional and have little training. I went to get my blonde roots touched up and I ended up with BLEACH blonde hair which was almost white! I told the stylist specifically to make it a "more natural" looking blonde..ya right! I didn't get even close to what I wanted. Even after trying to tone it down and touch it up it was useless! To make matters worse she barley even blow dried my hair before I left with a WHITE WET look.. They didn't offer any discount and still made me pay. Horrible experience!

I went in for a last second haircut. The reviews I read on another site were all about bad service but there wasn't too many about bad haircuts. All I needed was a very basic trim. Easy.
I didn't have the problem with the bad service that others seem to. Matter of fact, the gentleman who cut my hair was amazingly personable and so kind. My haircut, however, was one for the books. It was terrible crooked. There were parts that still had split ends that he hadn't even cut. I was upset because it was a simple trim. I was thankful to be fit in last minute, but for how much I paid, I'd like my hair to be even. I ended up having to get it fixed at a different salon and on top of paying MORE money, I had to get a pretty considerable amount of hair cut off to even it all out. My hair was incredibly before this and in order to keep it long I keep it trimmed, but now it's almost like I'm starting from scratch. Frustrating.

I went here before I left for the summer and Kate did a great job on my cut & an AMAZING job on my eyebrows. I usually break out at the site of a wax job but I didn't at all, and they were sculpted to perfection. I will definitely be going back!

Made a last minute appointment for my daughter to have her hair done for a dance. Kate did a great job!! Hair looked fantastic and she accommodated our tight time frame!
