The location is good right off main hwy. easy to find.

Now the rest. Hotel itself is kind of bare bones and shoddy. Although clean - towels, sheets furniture all are cheap.

If you want to see and hear the owner's children screaming at the top of their lungs, running around the reservations desk, entry area and lobby then you'll love this place.

Me, not so much. I like a nice quiet place, call me crazy....

After checking in & getting to our room we discovered the room was a mess & had not been finished getting ready. We were then moved to another room.

In the early hours of the morning we found the bathroom completely covered in water from a leak in the ceiling.

We were also excited about the hot tub but it was not in working order. Another small inconvenience was the tv remote only had one battery in it so we had to go to the desk to get a new one.

Talked to someone at the front desk about a refund & was told they have to talk to their general manager & they will call me. Now I'm being told someone will call me tomorrow.

      Poor service.

Dogs barking all night, called front desk and was asked what I expect them to do about it.

Pair of dirty socks against the base of the bed.

Dirty wash rag in the tub.

Floor was buckled and actually had pieces missing. The cut on the bottom of my foot was a nice bonus for staying.

"Manager" at desk the next morning told me this probably wasn't the place for me to come back to to stay.

Still waiting on a call back from the manager.

I recently stayed here and my fiancé and I had bug bites all over our body after sleeping in the bed. We had to wash all of our stuff when we got home. People were also smoking on our floor when it was a non smoking room.

They put us on the third floor where it was obvious that is where the long term residents live. We asked for the first floor but the long haired blonde lady refused even though the parking lot was mostly empty. Extremely dirty beyond any cleaning effort that could be made on that floor. We stayed there last summer on the first floor and we were very satisfied but putting us on the third floor was a horror story come to life. Somewhat noisy with someone with a nasty cough that echoed throughout the floor throughout the night. We won't be back. If they try to put you on the third floor run don't walk to a different motel.

I was in town for a conference at Tan Tar A (Margaritaville). The resort was sold out so we stayed here. Next year I will just choose to stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was perfect. The help was, well, helpful!

Location close to Tan Tar A and away from the rush of everything!

Nothing fancy, just good, clean accommodations. The rooms were nice and well maintained, the breakfast room was good although selections were somewhat limited. Lots of hot coffee, though, so that made me happy.

The manager's kids had the run of the hallway, which was a little disconcerting at first, but they were cute and friendly. TV in our room had a fuzzy picture. I'd recommend it for families on a budget, and those with pets. It's a pet-friendly place.

Steer clear, took three calls to book a room because the front desk man was too busy to help us. Then we arrive and the lobby filled rather quickly after us but due to social distancing regulations I stood in the back of the room while my husband checked in. The same desk attendant proceeded to holler through the lobby in a huff asking if we were all checking into his hotel as he was upset that he actually had to work; he pointed me out specifically and I stated I was with the person he was helping. We proceed to our room on the third floor noticing all the while how dirty everything was, even in a pandemic where things are to be extra clean. Our room had short black hairs all over nearly every surface; the comforter, counter, toilet, and tub to name a few. The carpets in the hall looked as though they hadn't been vacuumed this week. About 10pm we get a knock and someone hollering front desk on our door. My husband answer and states a lady with a baby was complaining about our room being too loud. My husband proceeds to open the door and show him that I was sleeping and he was working on his laptop. He told him to try across the hall as there were two rooms filled with teenagers. You'd think he'd know who was in what rooms because they stormed through the lobby being rambunctious. He basically knocked and they told him to go back to his desk they weren't being loud. On through the night we were awoke by the teenagers and the baby; most likely because of the teenagers. You'd think they would've eventually moved them or asked them to leave, I couldn't imagine being a mother to a baby in this environment that's supposed to be for relaxing and sleeping. Evening if the commotion was left out of the night I would not return due to the rudeness of the desk help and the lack of cleanliness.

Terrible customer service to begin with. The guy at the desk asked me why I even wanted to stay there knowing there were better hotels in the area. The floor freaked terribly and could hear everyone as they walked by. And the price was ridiculous for how nasty the hotel was..
