Red Lobster

Three stars rather than 4 because of the general cleanliness. The food was a 4.
We had a friendly waitress and efficient greeter. The front and side parking lots were full so we had to park around back. But even with a fairly full parking lot we were seating immediately.
For the general cleanliness, our table still had some residue from the previous party. Too many places used a wet or moist towel to clean their tables but neglect to dry it with a dry towel or napkin. Tends to leave residue as mentioned. Of note, after we were seated, the couple that was being seated at the booth next to us asked the person seating them to re-wipe their table and stood and waited while she cleaned it. Oh, and the menus could use a really good cleaning as well.
So, on to the food.
They had 3 fresh fish choices on my Dad's menu and 4 on mine. I didn't see his menu so I ordered the cod - which they didn't have, hence not on his menu. The good news was that they had $2 off fresh fish from 11 to 3 and it comes with two sides and a salad. So it's worth coming in for lunch if you want the fresh fish. The larger portions are huge!
They Caesar was okay, nothing special but not bad. The cheese biscuits were good but I wonder what they would taste like with honey?
I had the Tilapia and it was very good. Slightly over-seasoned on portions of it but not enough to do anything but scrape of bit of it off. It was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. The baked potato was also cooked correctly and was a great side for the fish. The broccoli was a bit hard for me but the flavor was good.
When you order a meal, you can add sides (lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, etc) for not too much more. If you're thinking about an appetizer, that might be a good way to save a few bucks. I ordered the scallops ($6.99) and there were four of them served over a bed of rice. Both the rice and scallops were cooked correctly and had a nice flavor and texture.
Would I eat there again? Yes I would, but would hope they start to pay more attention to the little things like clean tables and menus. Enjoy!

Was seated quickly only to be forgotten. We left and went to a locally owned restaurant. Table was as sticky as the carpet. Long over due for a demolition, or remodel.

First time at Red Lobster in years..and I mean YEARS! And I promise it won't take me years to come back again because the service provided by Tracey was INCREDIBLE. She was the kindest server and she was so personable. I cannot rave about her enough!!! The food was also so great. Nothing beats those cheddar biscuits! I had the lobster bisque which was SOOOO good! Thank you Tracey and Red Lobster for the awesome experience!

Terrible service at the last 2 Red Lobsters. One in Branson and one in Tulsa. In both we were seated and sat there for 25 minutes without one person taking our drink order or bringing out any biscuits. People were getting served that came in after us. Doubt we ever go back.

This was an amazing experience ! Tracy was our server and wow just wow. Red lobster Is sooooo lucky to have this nice lady working for them . She was informative about the menu and funny too. We split a bottle of red wine . My daughter got the fish with lobster on top . Delicious . I got the shrimp skewers in garlic sauce . So yummy . My daughter got the lobster bisque and I got the clam chowder . It could have been a bit hotter temperature, but tasty .of course the biscuits !!! Yes those are good too .

We were seated right away however after sitting there for 15 to 20 minutes and no waitress showing up to even take our drink order we left for somewhere with better service.

I would give this a half star if I could. The hostess here was blatantly rude and dismissive to my severely disabled brother. She refused to help me move chairs and when I asked her point blank to help me she rolled her eyes and pushed a chair to the side. When asked to talk to talk the manager she smirked and walked off. The waiter was helpful and kind and I appreciate him.

They have great food, great drinks.
By the way, the biscuits are their own, home made recipe.......SUPER GOOD!!!

Not as good a chain as precovid. Menu choices have been trimmed. Waitstaff was good, in the past they were great. I'll still go there, and hope they slowly get back to our main "special" dining place.

First off let me say the management and service I received was spectacular the food was pretty tasty and things were ran smoothly the kind lady with clear glasses and soft tone voice really made my day. I will be back!!!
