I've called 5 times and knocked on door to pay my final bill. My last actual appointment prior to Covid the employees did not unlock door until I was almost 2 hours away at my appointment meaning I was almost an hour late already for work. We had to change health providers due to lack of care when we needed medication or services. It took them 3 weeks to call my husband back to refill his medication. At that time, I had already taken him somewhere after 2 weeks. He let it go two weeks because he said that was normal. I just wanted to pay my $35 and cut ties all together. This office is in a perfect location next to hospital. So close you can walk. If something is wrong you can go right there. I like the fact that it does not just have nurse practitioners but an actual physician on staff. I myself was referred here by 2 people there are no longer coming due to the lack of attention and response when needed for medication refills.
