Brian Walsh Brush Clearance

Just had these guys do a major brush clearance job at our house, and it was an absolutely first-rate job. The team was organized, professional, and meticulous--and they were friendly and communicative throughout. Very nice team, and Brian himself was thoughtful, honest, and incredibly responsive. Terrific company. I very strongly recommend these guys.

I contacted Brian Walsh Brush clearance to clear the brush on a property that was in violation with LAFD for non-compliance of the brush clearance ordinance. I spoke with Marsha who confirmed that they were available to do the job which required immediate start date within a few days. Brian Walsh even agreed that he could start this job on the following Sunday. This was after Marsha asked for the Violation Notice that showed the lot lines and a photograph of the brush/scope of work. I also sent videos of the Fire Captain giving the exact instructions of what work needed to be done. Marsha told me that they would send me an estimate the next day after the estimator came out for a visual. The next day, I called several times for the estimate only to get a call from Bernadette who said that unfortunately, they could not do the job because they were already booked. When I told her that her company was very unprofessional and that they should run their business better, she claimed I was attacking her instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. I asked her if her company could at least provide an estimate for the job so that I could compare it with others and provide a back up company referral that could handle the job. She replied that they would not give estimate now because they can't do the job and that they don't feel comfortable referring the job. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Find another company!

I've used Brian's brush clearance service for three years and I am very happy with the quality of the job. Mary does everything to make customer feel appreciated and taken care of. As long as I have a need for brush clearance, I will use their service.
