I miss southern Florida for the Cuban food and culture.
Coming to QBA, great name, I ordered a Cuban Sandwich. From doing some looking in the area for an authentic Cuban Sandwich, QBA. Came out on top.
The sandwich tastes great and for the area it's good.
I came for lunch and was welcomed in. The restaurant/lounge has a great feel and vibe. From the Cuban flag to the artwork and music playing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Katie M.Union City, NJ148117108Dec 26, 2022
An absolute gem!! I can not rave about this place enough. The prices the staff the food!!! I ordered cuban sandwich, chicken and beef empanadas and churrasco
Cuban sandwich- more pricier than i would like but very tasty just wish they would put less ham and more pernil
Chicken and beef empanadas super flavorful and not greasy tasting at all
Churrasco- SO TENDER! I get it medium and love it their rosemary chimi sauce is delish. The rice so yummy & great price

Hello again everyone back again with another food review with "Dining with son and mother." Lord knows I love Cuban food and this spot is 2 thumbs up with me. I forgot how I found this place but I'm glad I did. It's a lounge and restaurant but it's not that noisy. The service was good no complaints. The food was really food. So I had Garlic Red Snapper that was served with white rice. We also had the Mofongo with Ropa Vieja. We been here twice in a few months so we gonna be regulars now. Get use to seeing my beautiful face.

We recently discovered this little gem...have been to Q-Ba 3 times and love the food, especially the freshly made tostones! We are Cuban, so we know good Cuban food.
We decided to carter our Nochebuena dinner from here, and were not disappointed! Ordered for a party of 14 and there was enough leftovers to feed us all again on Christmas Day. The whole family was impressed with the delicious food. We had pernil, moro, yuca con mojo, tamales and salad. This has become our favorite Cuban restaurant. Ramon, the owner is very pleasant, as well as his servers, Claudia and Alan.
Looking forward to having dinner at Q-Ba again for my daughter's birthday next week.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Josie T.Teaneck, NJ01Dec 23, 2023
This is our second time here and let me just tell you the food is delicious. What I like about it is that it's not packed and the tables are spread out so you have room. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive.
The owner will come out and say hello and is very personable.
The food is delicious. I recommend the papa rellena, the coquette preparada sandwich. So so good!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 9, 2023
I lived in the neighborhood a few years back and this was missing. This decor is so good and the whole place just looks really nice. I went with a friend on a Saturday at 5 and it was pretty empty, but it is also Easter weekend. As for the service, I felt like our servers were rushing us when we first got there. I went there to catch up with a friend so we weren't looking at the menu right away. Plus no one else was really there at that time. Once we asked them for time inbetween order it felt better. We got croquettas de jamon and yuca frita as apps. They're were great. For dinner we both got churrascos and they cooked them at the perfect temperature we asked. I will say the steak was VERY SALTY. We were hungr (reasons why I forgot take any pics of the food) so we enjoyed them stillbut i will definitely ask for light salt next time. As sides we had arroz Moro and tostones, both great. We had mojitos and they were 10/10. Overall, the experience was good but will definitely go back to try something else.

Great Atmosphere. Friendly and Quick Service. Delicious Cuban Food! The best was their Cuban Sandwich. Beef Empanadas to start were great and their Coconut, Passion Fruit Mojito was refreshing. A lot of seating and tables to dine. Clean Bathrooms. On site parking available. Check them out!

We ordered from here today for lunch because we wanted to try the Cuban sandwich. There was an article on NJ.com about this place. We ordered 1 Cuban sandwich, 1 pulled pork, empanadas, and fried plantains. Everything was flavorful and fresh. We will definitely order again.
