Good luck.
(It's no coincidence that after I posted my initial total review that several other people posted on here in attempt to raise there stars and promote the hair dresser) so to update because I deleted the initial info due to an agreement with the owner whom refunded me half my money for my ombré. Take my pictures for what you will. (I paid $150 at michael blunts salon the days following to rectify what happened).Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

That's correct Jenna. You did agree to take down your post as we believe we took care of your concerns. We did our part and you did not uphold your ingood faith agreement. We did however take care of this matter inwhich you came to us with the same problem, as you stated to me, from another Salon the same day, late saturday evening. 2 Salons in 1 day you were unsatisfied. the stylist came in on her day off as we are closed on Sundays & Mondays . We really tried to help you an even gave you a free conditioning treatment from the damaged condition your hair was in from somewhere else. As the integrity of your hair was important to us.
At Pure Radiance our clients are our first priority and we strive to provide the best customer service possible with professional staff that are caring and provide exceptional service.

I was referred by a friend to get a facial by Keely. I ended up having an enzyme peel and my face feels so refreshed. She took her time with me and made me feel extra pampered. Keely is amazing, I'll definitely be back!!

I purchased a Sweet Deals Fresno gift certificate, paying $14.45 for $50 worth of services. I went in for a pedicure, which I believe cost $40 regularly, and used my $50 certificate to pay for that pedicure. When I paid for my pedicure, I asked the lady at the front desk about the additional $10 left on the certificate. She told me that I could use it for future services there so I asked her to write that on the certificate for me. She then got up and went to the back of the salon where the pedicure chairs are and told the lady who did my pedicure about her conversation with me, and she never returned to give back the $10 certificate. I felt that she was rude and unprofessional during that whole process and I was extremely disappointed in my experience there at Pure Radiance.
