I have been working out with The Health Architect, Chickaro, for almost two years. He is an excellent trainer who will push you to perform to the best of your abilities. Â His passion for educating others on health and fitness is inspiring. Chickaro is extremely knowledgeable and his experience is evident. He helps you really understand the movements, connecting your mind and body in a ways that helps you learn just how the move should feel, targeting your muscles in a way that gets results!
Chickaro has really good energy, positive and calm which support his teaching of form. He encourages you to perform movements slow and controlled, really targeting specific muscles, helping you to feel good form and understand how to perform moves of increasing complexity while still maintaining good form.Â
His attitude is always positive and supportive. He's not one of those trainers who will yell at you or force you to abandon solid form for speed. His smile goes a long way to making workouts fun. His experience and enthusiasm show through; you can tell he thoroughly enjoys teaching and spreading the message of health and fitness.Â

I have been training with Chickaro for over one year. He is an awesome trainer and coach. His workouts are intense, well designed to challenge all the muscle groups, and fun. He tailors workouts to your physical capabilities so they are safe and you get a great workout no matter how fit you are. My endurance and upper body strength have significantly improved since I began training with Chickaro.

Awesome workout. Chickaro will push you to be stronger. Definitely recommend. Ive also had his workouts at other various locations and programs and they are consistent.

Chickaro has led the bootcamps that I have been attending biweekly for over a year now, and he has been a tremendous help in improving my strength, endurance, and fitness confidence. His leadership style pushes me, but also encourages me. He has expertly achieved the balance between intensity and inspiration. The epitome of your ideal fitness coach! Chickaro also knows what he talks about - meaning he not only does he know his exercises, but he also knows how to couple that with the specific methods of recovery depending on what muscle group needs it. I know whenever I work out with Chickaro that I'm going to walk away challenged and confident!

If you're looking for a highly skilled motivational personal trainer, I strongly recommend Chickaro. From burpees, squats, planks to bear crawls, his highly endurance training sessions will prepare you for any fitness activities or challenges you are planning to partake in. The encouragement and motivation you get from him is awesome and you'll surely come out feeling fit and ready to take on any fitness challenge that you worked out or trained for!

I am a huge fan of all the services Project Fitness offers. Whether personal training, consulting, nutrition advice, or Bootcamps, the instructors are professional and the information on point. To top it off, I'm never bored- especially with training or bootcamps. The workouts are innovative and FUN- a great way to switch up what you're doing. The folks at Project Fitness also make it a point to get to know each of their clients and keep in touch and help me monitor my success. I look and feel GREAT thanks to their help!

Project Fitness is led by some of the best trainers in the DMV. The founder and owner has developed and implemented personal training program for any BODY. I have been working out with Chickaro for years and he is great he understands the importance of healthy eating along with great challenging workouts. I travel a lot and he has been flexible with me to even train and provide encouragement for me while a travel... I would recommend Project Fitness to anyone.

Chickaro is a great personal trainer. He understands how to weave in nutrition, fitness and a good time. His events range from bootcamps to healthy happy hours and it is a great way to meet like-minded people. Whatever your fitness and wellness needs are - P-fit will get you there!

Great trainers who help you get results! Chickaro is professional, knowledgeable, and a visionary. I love this company and can't wait to try out some of the other fitness services, such as boot camps, fitness camps, fitness socials, and other such experiences. All of these services helping me to become a slimmer, stronger, better me!
