Pro Nails

This is probably the worst manicure I've ever got. They added acetone to the nail polish at least 3 times, instead of buying fresh new polish. This made my nails look clumpy and gooey. The equipment is pretty run down as well.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was very friendly.

Do not recommend this place whatsoever. Went in and showed them a picture that I wanted, didn't get it how I wanted whatsoever. They used stickers for the flower and tried covering it with the clear coat yet missed 3/4 of my nail with the clear coat. Had to go and buy clear coat from Walmart to cover all the spots they missed. Not only that but the lady used tweezers with black stuff all over them and transferred the stickers with those tweezers leaving black stuff all over the stickers she was placing. I hate the texture of the stickers and wanted something that was going to lay flat. The flowers aren't even the true colors I wanted. As soon as I walked in I picked out my colors and the guy got upset when I chose 5 different colors- they didn't even use them and resorted to the stickers which is such an ugly look. The clear coat was bubbly all over and it was already starting to fall off my finger the minute I walked out. I could see my real nail through the acrylics that they placed and that was also a no go for me. I truly don't think these people know what they're doing or they're just trying to cut corners to get it done quicker. If I'm spending my money then I should get what I wanted- not stickers on my nails and a clear coat that's bubbling and able to be plucked off in globs the minute it's finished. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!! Go to Mexico or Columbia!

i walked in with a full set on, and got a new french tip manicure for $35. they are very friendly and the atmosphere is great! i will continue being a regular!

me and my friend went There, and we got out toes painted with gel. She took Forever and everything was sloppy. The lady made them really sloppy and she was rude whenever we asked about it. I just put that to the side and kept a good attitude and she was always talking in like a disgusted tone in her language to the man. I went to sleep thag night wearing socks and 5 of the nails thag had the nail polish she did on them fell off. All the nail polish fell off, and i want a refund.

It was literally a painful experience for me. The lady doing my feet was more interested in the TV than what she was doing with me. She was grinding her knuckles in the bottom of my feet and she cut my nail so short I was bleeding.

First off they didn't listen, im pretty sure they used super glue to attach the fake nails, made them the wrong lenth and crooked. horrible painting and couldnt get them off after soaking them in acetone for more than 5 hours, ended up prying them off with a nail clipper. Horrible service! never going there ever again.

I will never go back , nor would I recommend this place to ANYONE. My nails look ridiculous. I could've painted them better myself, the polish is all over my skin. On top of the POOR job on my nails, my bill was $25, I paid with debit and left NO tip because of how disapointed I was with the job they did--I just checked my online account and I was charged $30. I'm OUTRAGED that they would go in and write themselves a tip. I'm contacting my bank tomorrow.
