Principle Northwest Security

Recently, there has been a rash of burglaries in our neighborhood... and unfortunately, someone broke into my car in my own driveway, so I thought to myself... time to get a security system. So I called Principle Northwest, and their response was immediate. They were extremely accommodating of my schedule in setting up an appointment for installation, and I had an appointment within a matter of days. They arrived promptly on the day of my appointment; they were courteous, friendly, and Jordan answered the barrage of questions I had, explaining everything involved in great detail. Installation took a few hours, and Dustin installed all of the equipment cleanly, testing as he went, and gave me the full rundown on the use of the equipment when he wad finished. I have been extremely happy with my new security system, and highly recommend Principle Northwest!

My grandparents were in search of a security system. They asked me to give them help and we looked up a few places and then we came across Principle NW. We chatted with Jacob and then with Jordan. Jordan came over the very next day and gave us a very thorough inspection at no cost, and we felt it was best to move forward with getting a security system. The whole time Jordan was informed and we felt comfortable. Dustin came over that very day, and he installed our system for us and showed my grandparents exactly how to use the system. Having talked with my grandparents since the installation- they told me they called Principle NW when they couldn't figure out how to work a certain component and that Jacob was very informative when giving details on how it worked. I can sleep peacefully at night knowing that my grandparents are taken care of and protected by the Principle NW team!

Great service, Jordan responded to me quickly after a request for more information, and Dustin met with me and provided a very handy 32 point inspection to assist me in upgrading my home's security. Dustin was able to install the same day, and was complete in less than two hours. I just started the service, and will follow up if necessary but I am very happy so far with the company and with Jordan and Dustin.

If you are looking for a security system, Principle Northwest is who you want! Jordan did a walk through of our house, inside and out, pointing out areas of concern and gave us recommendations. He was more concerned about us being safe and secure than making a sale. Dustin installed our system like a pro and showed me how to use it with ease. These guys are amazing (and local!) and we sleep better now. Thanks you guys! I'll recommend you to the moon and back!

New security install was smooth and efficient. Changed from Adt to safe through principle nw security this Local company gave personal service and follow up with questions after install.
