Great everything. They have everything for a great meal. It's nice to see a store with a Butcher still! It's a shame there isn't more places as this one. Love the samples and those Smoked Hunter sticks. When i come here it reminds me of how the world was when i grew up.

If you are visiting there in autumn, fresh apples from local orchard will welcome you.
Meat are so wide varieties, all looks so good. But don't worry if you need any advice for what is the best, staffs are very friendly and helpful.
I got Sushi at there, never imagined I could get REAL Sushi (fresh tuna, salmon and crab roll) in Jackson.
My husband didn't say any word until he finished their chicken pot pie.

This place is Jackson's gem.

We just love this place. We drive from Battle Creek and it's well worth it! Best quality meat and seafood around. It's like going to an old time butcher. They know how to cut to your specifications and can tell you where everything comes from. Highly recommend it! They also have an awesome deli section and carry specialty foods. The owner and his wife and all the staff are super helpful and will recommend recipes for what you're buying.

Everything is so good that I leave my credit and debit cards home and only bring cash so that I don't buy everything in the store.
My only issue with Prime Cuts is I would like to go there today and pick up steaks to grill for my wife (Mother's Day) but they are closed on Sundays.

Pretty convenient spot to get meats. They offer a wide selection of products, including locally procured items. They even have Zingerman's gelato!

I like to pick up their individually packed (cyro-vac) marinated chicken breasts from time to time. They are flavorful and are a quick fix for when you forget to marinate your own at home.

They offer a punch-card rewards system as well. Only downside, they aren't open on Sundays (although A&A II isn't open on Sundays either). Stock up before the weekend!

Best butcher in Jackson County bar none! Don't know what you'd like? The butchers will give you great choices including preparation tips. The bread selections include locally made as well as a great selection from Old Mission Bread located in Traverse City; artisan and delicious! Daily specials are site prepared and can BE YOUR dinner! Definitely recommend making this your favorite butcher!

It has a great environment! The staff are very nice and the quality of meat is outstanding. Highly recommended!
