Good solid work at the end. It takes them time to produce a quote because the estimator is on the road all day and writes his quote when he gets to it. Something got to change on that side of things. Get a quote coordinator if you are that busy. It takes away from the experience and cost the company business. I almost went with a different company because of this, but it was the most accurate quote I received. Not necessarily the cheapest but I was ok with that. Also lack of clarity on when the job would be done, or completed when it got started. Even to pay the bill I had to call to request it. Communication overall needs to greatly improve. But again, work itself got done to my satisfaction.

Offered me a free inspection due to their mistake and then went back on their word.

Garrett the inspector guy was great. Office. Terribly managed. I called for an inspection and first girl told me there was no charge and booked the wrong appointment. Sent Garrett to inspect, and told me after that there is a $300 charge. They told me due to their mistake they will not charge me for the next inspection. I had to cancel that appointment because it is a medical building and tenants would not like the inspection come inside the building at certain days/times. I told them I had to call back with a new time since I had to get the new date confirmed with the tenants. I called to reschedule and they said they will no longer give me the free inspection because I canceled. The supervisor who offered the free inspection won't even speak with me and had another person in the office speak for her and tell me it is now $300. Now I have to find someone else right before my deadline. Very unprofessional.

Thank you to prestige roofing you guys are amazing. Very professional, on time and reliable. I had five different companies come out to give me my roof estimation and Jack came out. He was honest and had a map of my roof to show me where is leaking. Got my quote in a couple of days. Everyone show up early and on time every day. We got it done in just a few days and the price is better than all the other four companies thank you so much our house is so much cooler now absolutely recommend Prestige roofing.

This place is a dump. Stood in the lobby for ten minutes waiting to be helped while the service rep felt up and hugged his (all male) staff for 5 minutes (sausage fest).

Avoid this "PRESTIGIOUS" roofing company.

We recently had our roof completely re-done and so glad that we used Prestige Roofing.

We started calling the roofers in June and we had a total of 5 estimates; some were obvious rip-offs.

With those 5 companies we called, one of them didn't even do a physical inspection. They used google map satellite pictures (is it some kind of a joke or what?). One of them said they were extremely busy and couldn't do it till October (Right!). Guess they don't like to re-roof in the summer heat in July, August and September (hahaha!)

Prestige sent someone out and climbed the roof in the middle of July to inspect the roof. Then a report was sent via email with all the details laid out. I asked them if they would match other company's estimate which was about $1,400 cheaper. They read the other report and pointed out that the other company would only install one layer instead of two layers of felt; they would also re-use the existing flashing metals instead of giving me the new ones. And that's why Prestige can give me a 10-year warranty vice the other guy's warranty is only 5 years.

Make a long story short. Prestige gave us the best and the fairest estimate. Their workers are very courteous and professional, they cleaned up daily before they retired for the day; their foreman came by virtually daily to monitor the progress. On the day the project was done, the foreman came to do a walk-thru inspection. One thing you don't want and don't need is a company send a gang of workers over and rush everything in 3-days.

Prestige sent the same two workers daily; Juan is the senior guy. He has been re-roofing for the last 15 years with the same company. I'm glad we got him working for this project as he was very precise and accurate.

With this new roof, we know we have one less thing to worry about in the next 20 or 30 years. We've already received compliments from our neighbors on the nice roof we have now. One of my neighbors said he might go with Prestige next year when he is ready to re-roof.

If you want to re-roof, my advice is to seeks several estimates. You can almost gauge which company is fair and professional by the initial contact and face-to-face meeting during the roof inspection.

Although Prestige only gave me a very small courtesy discount for being a veteran, but their work and professionalism mean more than anything else.

I was hoping to add to the 5-stars rating of this company because I had work done by them 4 1/2 years ago and was very satisfied with the service and price. They replaced 10 tiles on my house back then and, coincidentally, I now need 10 tiles to replace broken and missing ones. The cost to replace 10 tiles was $426.00 4 1/2 years ago.

I was told by Benjamin, the guy that Prestige sent out last week to inspect the roof, that I need to replace 10 tiles. Earlier today, I received an estimate from Prestige of $1,306 for the work. I called them for an explanation of why it costs almost three times as much to do the exact same thing that they did 4 1/2 years ago. I wanted a breakdown of parts and labor.

They sent back an email that included the breakdown of charges for the work done in 2016 and the estimate for the work I need done now. "In 2016, Labor: 4 hrs. @ $85/hr., 1-man crew, 10 tiles @ $8.48 per tile." The breakdown for the estimate they gave me today included: "Labor: 8 hrs. @ $125/hr., 2-man crew, 10 tiles @ $16.93 per tile!"

They have to be kidding. This doesn't even make sense.

Happy with the company and their services. We got multiple quotes from at least 5 companies before calling Prestige - not necessarily the cheapest but most accurate with regard to what needed to be repaired. Person providing quote saw more things than the other companies. This is the only company that provided a one year guarantee on their work.

We prefer our home to be in top shape and quality is more important than a shoddy repair job. Glad we didn't give up in getting quotes. Would hire the again.

Asked for a quote. Came by the house for measurements and waited over 5 days with still no quote. I called them and they told me next day, Still no quote. I will not use this company.
If it takes this long for a quote for gutters, why use them.

Had a house that suffered a terrible fire and I needed to have a tarp installed to keep the monsoon rain out of the residence. I called Alex and she had Jack meet me at the home to check out what was needed. I received a great quote from Jack and hired them to do the work. If you need any sort of roofing work done call them. Great team

Prestige Roofing just finished my roof yesterday. My satisfaction started with the estimate. I had 5 companies come by and 4 of them told me I was missing a tile by my skylight. Benjamin from prestige told me a tile had slipped and he glued it back in place. The price was also good so I went with them. Benjamin and Benjamin Jr. Did all the work on my roof. They did excellent work. They worked on the roof for a week and we're always on time and professional. The work looks great and they left the work area spotless. I highly recommend this company .
