I've been doing to many designers and printers to have them do work for my businesses... I am very disappointed in myself for not finding and using Prestige Printing and Design sooner! Thank God I found and decided to use this company. They are the perfect epitome to the saying "you get what you pay for". Bill is very knowledgeable and professional with his work and suggestions. His passion for his work clearly shows through his designs and quality! Feeling relieved....

Great quality printing, amazing prices and very low prices. I talked to abdul over there who gave me a very low price compared to other printing companies I go to. His printing have been very good so far. I just print flyers and business cards every month and I have had banners and signs from him and he hasn't disappointed. I'm definitely very happy with his services.

What I like about this place, that you can customize your own flavor in design for wide range of categories like banners, posters, flyers, business cards, catalogues, menus, etc.. And still you can print these designs in the same spot, all by in-house services. Such a decent end-to-end service

Lowest prices in the area! Amazing service too! They were able to accommodate me last minute for a job I needed in 2 hours and even though my file wasn't correctly sized, they designed it to make it work perfectly. Exceeded my expectations! Abdul, the owner, is a great guy and will continue to do business with them each time I'm in town.

My review is not of the finished product we received from Abdul at Prestige Printing and Design, which came out looking great, but of the customer service and experience. We had initially contacted Abdul looking to produce a half sheet flyer that we could mail out to residents nearby our business. On the phone, Abdul mentioned something called EDDM (every door direct mail) that runs through the post office and allows you to target certain zones within a zip code, so we made an appointment with him at our business to view sample products from other jobs. Unfortunately, he was over an hour late to this meeting and didnt attempt to get in touch with us to let us know that he'd be running late. Unprofessional. When he did arrive and showed us his samples, we opted to go with Abdul to design a flyer for EDDM to USPS specifications (not my decision). We were very surprised at the speed of creating the first draft and turning around subsequent designs based on our feedback. When the flyer was finished, we took it to the post office to mail out for EDDM. Unfortunately, the Anaheim postal employee mentioned that the flyer needs to have on it an "endicia", basically a pre-paid like stamp that the printer needs to place on the flyer ahead of time. In going back and forth with Abdul in finalizing our design, a postal code ("ECRESSEDDM/Postal Customer) was on all attachments for our flyer, but apparently not on the "final" proof we approved. However, in the emails back and forth, we were trying to finalize wording for the flyer and had assumed (apparently wrongly) that any markings needed for EDDM would be subsequently placed on the flyer given out intended use and his knowledge of this. We tried to contact Abdul to discuss this, but received no response. Several other calls and emails were made, but again no response. Finally, we were able to get a hold of him, and all that he mentioned was that "we approved the final proof" with no mention or attempt to try to find a solution. Given that we had discussed with Abdul making a flyer specifically for EDDM, I am surprised that we were left with a product we cannot use for that purpose or that will require a reprinting in order to do so. While we greatly like the quality of the finished product, we will be going elsewhere for future needs. Lesson learned.
