Since moving to the suburbs I've been looking around for a go-to car service to get me to and from the airport - Preferred Car & Limousine is it!

The service is very professional from booking to pick-up. My driver texted me the night before to confirm my pick-up and was early for our departure. I appreciated the fact that my driver was conversational yet did not pull me into a long conversation when I was very tired and needed to rest. He assisted with my luggage and went above and beyond to give me a great experience.

The cars are top of the line and brand new. The sedans have controls in the back which let you control your own temperature, music, shades, etc. This was a nice touch as you can perfect the perfect set up for your ride without having to bother your driver - though I'm sure he would have been happy to accommodate any request.

In terms of value, this service cost me about twice as much as an Uber would - but frankly it is worth every penny. First of all, it is much easier when your ride is waiting for you at baggage claim instead of having to call and find an Uber at a busy airport. Second of all, the level of service is much better and more predictable which is what I'm looking for after a long flight. I'd highly recommend this service for any ride over 30 or 40 minutes as that's when you'll really feel the difference - though if I were going any shorter of a ride I'd probably just hail a cab or get an Uber.

We used Preferred Car & Limo service to get to/from JFK Int'l to fly out of town, on our recent vacation.

This business is family owned. The staff is professional, friendly, courteous and down to earth. We rode in a sedan limo, I didnt request an SUV. It was clean and roomy. It had a satellite TV, we didnt watch it. We were too tired to stay awake. Also this sedan was purpose built to be used as a limo. Not a car pretending to be a limo!

Hands down this is the best limo service in the area in my opinion! The rates are better than some of the competitors.

I spoke with Tim, to set up the pick up and drop off times and dates. It was painless. Tim is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really liked the information exchange, with this company. I was getting texts on both travel days. The day of our pick up, Randy our chauffeur was early and texted me that he was ready when we stepped out of our front door. Randy was cool and relaxed.

Our return arrival into JFK, I received text updates on the car arrival time and was also able to communicate that our location to be picked up had changed. The dispatcher passed the info to the driver, as well as gave me the drivers name and number. Being in direct contact was nice, considering how hectic the terminal area can be. We got our bags, got through customs and out to the curb with our bags. Don, our chauffeur was there to greet us! Don was fun to talk to, down to earth and a very relaxed personality.

This will be the only limo service we use going forward on our flights out of JFK!!!!!!

This company serves Dulles, Newark, Philly and JFK. Not sure about service to LaGuardia.

My family used this company's service last night and we had an AWESOME time. Due TO COVID19 we couldn't celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday traditionally so we decided to rent a limo so that she can celebrate with friends. Unfortunately, we had to cancel her friends because of infection and the destination because NY is giving outsiders fines for coming in to NY. I contacted the company and he was very accommodating. We totally changed the destination, made extra stops, parents ended up going and this company just accepted these last minute changes with no hesitation. The driver Tim was exceptionally and extremely professional, nice, and took the last minute changes with no hesitation. The limo was gorgeous, clean and he came 15 minutes earlier. At some point we needed a bathroom and he found a beautiful hote NICE!. The cost was extremely inexpensive. I'm truly thankful to this company for their professionalism and I would highly recommend. Thank you Tim for your service I will call on you again.

Had such a great experience. Quotes were quick and pricing was reasonable. I rented a stretch limo for a night out in Philly for my boyfriend's birthday. Driver was on time and dressed to the T! Limo was very cleaned and stocked with glasses and water. Randy our driver was super nice!!! Would definitely go through Preferred again!

Found this service on Yelp. Received very timely responses to my questions. Decided to use them from Mt Laurel to Newark airport and pick up at Philadelphia airport to Mt Laurel. Everything was seem less. Punctual. Reasonable pricing. Car was clean. Our pick up at the airport was perfect. Driver texted me his location. Our driver Stephen was a perfect gentleman. Had water for us on our way to and from the airports. I would highly recommend this service.

Scheduled a last minute and long trip with Tim to take my son back to school. Not only was Tim and Preferred Car & Limousine the most reasonable quote, but the super pleasant customer service professional and process made the experience that much better. We will definitely use Tim and team again, and we highly recommend their services.

Too many times rides don't show up for really early airport rides and Preferred not only showed up, but was early and very professional, great full service ride to Philly airport and rates are great! Liked him so much we booked for our return flight!

We hired Preferred Car & Limo Services to transport myself and other familiy members to our wedding venue on July 9th, 2016.

I didn't decide that I wanted a limo until a little over a week until the big day. Needless to say, I was scrambling a bit to find a service that would take myself and seven other ladies to the wedding venue. I requested a few different quotes from companies that I found on the internet, but Preferred Car & Limousine came back with the best one.

From the first interaction, Tim was very professional and really wanted to help me out. He gave me a reduced fare price since it was a one way dropoff and included the gratuity for the driver in the quote (one less thing for me to worry about that day). When I contacted him 2 days before the wedding to let him know that I had heard of a concert in the general area of the wedding venue, he offered to send the limo earlier for us so that we wouldn't have to worry about the traffic at no additional charge.

When the driver arrived, he parked in front of our house and escorted all of my family and myself into the limo with an umbrella (it had just started to sprinkle). He explained that he would put up the privacy partition but we could ask him for anything that we might need. I feel badly that I don't remember his name because he was very nice and extremely professional.

The limo was clean and well stocked - I had a water, but no one else tried anything.

I am so grateful for the service that Preferred Car & Limousine provided for our big day - definitely look them up if you need a limo!
