Potters On Cotter

This is a must-see pottery studio in Port A! My husband and I rented her Tim Cottage by the Sea which is located behind her studio (listed on AirBnb) and after using all her hand made dishes, we knew we had to check the store. The pieces are all locally made and have a great island flair. The owner is amazing and hearing the stories behind the pieces in the shop was fantastic. We spent an entire afternoon here shopping and got some of the best souvenirs and gifts!

I always buy my souvenirs at Potter on Cotters in Port Aransas. They promote local Texas artists. I also buy my own birthday and Christmas gifts here.
I love many different kinds of pottery and finding many artists in one place is a treasure.
I found a beautiful hand carved wooden spoon on my last visit for my hard to buy sister.

Stopped by the shop after seeing it while driving to the beach and looking it up online. I like to buy locally made items when I am on vacation and that's what this shop was. Small, but had nice selection of local and Texas-based artists. The owner was very friendly and talked to us about some of the pieces we bought. The prices were also very good for handmade items.

Wow!!! Just Wow!!! Beautiful Hand Created Pottery and other items...So much Fun to Visit and a Must See for me whenever I am in Port Aransas! The Artistry and Creativity are Inspiring and Joyous!!! Brenda is a Fun Person to Visit! A Real Treat to Visit in Port Aransas... I enjoy Pottery here that somehow made me have to have it and followed me home... Love Love Love This Place!!!!
