I recently got lashes again after 3 years of not having them done and went back to Poshe. I was very happy with Judy, she was gentle, quick and knowledgeable. The price had increased about 20%, inflation....overall great experience.

I have been coming here for almost a year. I typically go with Annie or Julie but they were busy for when I needed a fill. Julie is phenomenal. This time I had booked Maily. That was the worst decision. She hurt me twice and my eye just wouldn't stop tearing up. I don't know what the heck she was doing but she seemed to have pulled on my lashes and then somehow managed to get the glue in my eye because it was burning! UGh. So disappointed when something like this happens. I'm tempted to find a new place entirely.

I found this place it was 8 mins away from my work. It's a hidden Gem. I love it. Julie is the best! I go on my lunch she is always on time. She gets me in and out my lashes always look so good! Great fast service from the front desk. It's a great relaxing vibe!

Haven't been in over a year bcuz my last experience was below average. I was very disappointed.
However I received an email offer for $69 for a set of natural lashes normally $75 for a new full set. I highly encourage people to sign up for the emails. They frequently email salon specials.
Kim did my lashes. She did an amazing job. My lashes look very natural. The glue did not irate my eyes.
Note there is a $25 for cancellations.
Parking is horrible.

Vivian is an amazing lash technician! My daughters lashes was done poorly at another lash salon, it made her eyes look droopy from the heavy weight of the lashes but Vivian fixed it, and now it's perfect with the same length and volume! Amazing place! 5 stars all around!

I'm so happy to have discovered Poshe through a referral for lash extensions. In my opinion it's San Diego's best kept secret because they do the best lashes ever and at a really good price!! Holly is who I see and she is so kind and is an absolute expert and pro for not only beautiful but quick lashes!!! They also last forever...and trust me I've been getting my lashes done for years before moving to San Diego and she's by far the best!!

Wow. Let's talk about unprofessionalism! I recently returned as a customer and had my lashes done by JULIE. She did a great job, I tipped her well and scheduled more appointments. The next morning I get this text from reception without a true understanding. I didn't complain once and only complemented her. What kind of business makes their customers feel like this??! I am disgusted!

I found this place through a friend over 14 years ago and will not go anywhere else. I tried a couple of places here and there when I couldn't get an appt in time and regretted it each time. Holly is the best person you will ever find to start or fill your lashes. The other ladies are amazing as well. They also provide other services but I haven't tried them. If you need to get your facial on, bows waxed, help with acne or bad skin, or to get your lashes did, you must hit this spot!!! Tell them I sent you!

My husband and I came in for skincare treatment on our face and back. The treatment was very lavishing and luxurious! It made us feel like we were glowing and refreshed!

However, the customer service was a bit unsatisfactory. The technician that worked on my husband charged one price and the technician that worked on me charged another price even though we got the same service done. The technician that worked on me turned out to be the co-owner of the business so she called the technician up to clarified the service done to make sure to properly charge us.

When we called in to schedule our service, we requested the Poshe combo which is microdermabrasion for face and back for $80, which is listed on their website and their brochure. However, the owner said microdermabrasion for the face is $65 and back attack microdermabrasion is $90 so she charged it separately. So the technician charged it properly, the the owner was greedy and charged more and called the tech up to double check that she did microdermabrasion on both my husband's face and back so she can not charge the combo but charge separate. At this point, it was the end of the day and she was trying to charge so I just paid it and left.

So the service itself was great. But the customer service was absolutely unsatisfactory. I think a way to prevent this is to absolutely make sure you're clear about what service you're getting cause it looks like the owner was not understanding her own advertisement.
