Mar 17, 2023Previous reviewI made a pre order at 10 am I couldn't talk to anyone, I was worried all day if my food was going to be ready when I got to pick it up, to my satisfaction I got to pick it up, everything was ready thanks to the pollo tropical team they saved my day, they The place was also clean and smelled very good. The service was spectacular, thank you.

I wanted a quick bite for lunch I decided to re visit this site . I must say I was a bit surprised the chicken was well seasoned , I got a good amount , plus the rice and beans were also good . You know it's not like mother's black beans , but edible. The only thing the rice was a bit dried .It could have used a bit more black beans .But edible I asked for tomatoes and onions as you can see I got plenty ..It was a good amount of food . My favorite for sure we're the Yuca fries, and the sweet plantains they were perfectly fried and scrumptious for sure , Delicious. Service thru drive thru was fast , at least I got have a good day out of it ..

Every time I'm in Florida I comes here , food is so good , service is fast how the food is right there in front of you to see, and it's hot ... ambience is clean ....

I stop eating here when they started , but than I came back, and it was ok, but today Sunday 11-12-2023 , I bought (3) tropichop, and the chicken was like reheated , very hard to chew , not even my cat ate it , this message is for the manager to be alert , give people a good service and serve them fresh food ,sometimes is not worth it to save a few bucks and give people reheated food

I've had so many bad experiences it's ridiculous, the worst one that made me stop was an order of tropi-chop that had balls of grease that they cleaned out off the grill and put into my food. The most recent one was when I went back because my friend was craving it, we get our food handed to us and I check my bag and see they missed my chimichurri sauce when I asked for extra at the window, the lady gave me a bag of sauce after I informed her I was missing the sauces. I get home and realize my friend didn't get his yucca bites so we head back to get his order corrected. Once we head back home we sit down ready to eat our food and I realize that the bag of sauces the lady gave me wasn't chimichurri but jalapeños, not only THAT, but it was missing a lid and spilled all over the table.

I've been a local for 10+ years living off coral roost and this is one street away on eureka drive. Over the years this pollo never gets better. Weather inside or drive through there will be a wait for an hour minimum!!. Can be not busy at all or super busy it does not matter. The service here sucks. Wish the management would change over the years but never does.
On top of the super slow service and never urgent if the line over extends. They make the food not as good as any other Pollo Tropical in the south area. Worst drive thru service. They have no urgency. Why the long wait? It does not matter what time in the day or night you jump on this line there's just no urgency. Fire everyone starting with management because these managers/supervisors/team leaders are giving a bad image and customer experience of pollo tropical.

Jun 20, 2019Previous reviewThis place has hit the top when it comes to ridiculous service. Management doesn't know what's going on and employees know even less. They don't have fried yuca at first so fine I get fries. I order my tropichop and when I get to the window to pay they don't have white rice either. After 10 minutes they ask me to drive to the front and here I wait at the moment and still no white rice. Chick Fil A would make a killing here. Someone please do something to fix this.

Came today to get some dinner... and unfortunately when I got home my order was totally wrong. I came back and came inside spoke to the manger Doreen who truly handled this issue beautifully. I must say that I've never had an issue with the drive thru orders in the Past, but I must give huge kudos to Doreen the manager who took the time to listen and do the right thing for the customer. I was going to bite the bullet and put a 1 star review and deal with that food I received. However glad I came back and was able to get this issue resolved,.

I've come to this store 3 times in the past month and every time I do they always forget something in my order. They always forget a side, the first time they forgot a side of sliced avocado slices, the second time another sliced avocado slices, and the third time the bread rolls. It's honestly ridiculous that you have to check all the bags in front of them in the drive thru just to make sure they didn't forget something.
