I don't eat Poke often, but this was my first taste at Poki Yaki and I have to say this Poke Bowl will definitely have me coming back again lol. The staff were also really kind and helpful in answering any questions we had while ordering. Plus a good amount of seating area/tables to eat indoors.

Came to get dinner here, the food was WARM the servers didn't properly scoop the fish so everything was disproportional, servers seemed new so they just poured like HELLA sauce so overall my poke bowl was very displeasing... I usually come here and really enjoy my meal but this time it was soo bad. Probably won't be coming back here anymore. Ended up with a horrible stomachache the next day...

Nestled inside behind a Chase Bank on Beach and La Plalms is a small but decent poki place been coming here for quite some time. My wife and I decided to swing by a little after 12:30 pm on a Saturday. The place had a new layout but still the area. Their fish is fresh and doesn't have any fishy smell that's noticeable if the fish becomes old. Serving sizes are generous on all fish and mixings. The attendants where both courteous and listens to whatever you want added in short service was promptly done on all your orders.

I ordered this through doordash and it worth the price. I like how they don't cap u on the sides. The sauces are good. They follow the order that you want and give alot. Even for a regular bowl, it's alot of protein and sides. I like they have purple rice!!! it's not as starchy as much as the white rice. Def need to go in person.

Decent poke spot in the area; they have decent sauces and ingredients. Some of the fish have a fishy taste, but not horrible. Crab is a bit loaded with mayo but still good. Serving sizes are decent as well. I like that they have purple rice and a bunch of toppings and sauce options. I'll probably be back!

We decided to try Poki Yaki since it was a meatless Friday. The restaurant is located in the same plaza as Coffee Code and next door to Uncle Borneo. When we arrived, it was quite empty so it was a quick transaction. The staff was friendly but a bit flustered with the multiple take-out orders.
As with all poké shops, it is freshly made to order. You first select a base - white or brown rice, spring mix, chips, or half and half. They offer 3 sizes - regular (3 scoops of protein), medium (4 scoops), and large (5 scoops). The protein options are salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, shrimp, scallops, octopus, and tofu.
For sauces, they have several options from original ponzu, sesame oil, spicy mayo, creamy Hawaiian, and several others. There are no gluten-free options. All bowls include crab salad and seaweed salad plus unlimited toppings. I'm not sure if the avocado is extra.
Our customized poké bowls:
Small - half/half with white rice and spring mix. I opted for salmon and scallops tossed in the creamy Hawaiian and spicy mayo sauces. I topped off the bowl with cucumber, white onions, green onions, fried onions, furikake, and avocado.
Large - white rice. The proteins - salmon, shrimp, and scallops in the original ponzu. Topped with green onions.
Overall, the bowls were not bad. The fish was on the fresh side. The sauces were tasty. It was not as good as our favorite poké spot but it was a decent substitute.Helpful 110Thanks 9Love this 97Oh no 0 - Healien D.Anaheim, CA35228Jan 28, 2024
Hands down best poki in town. Free topping, no extra charge, reasonable price, everything taste good. No more words can describe this poke place. Get poki here or never get poki.

Our favorite poke spot! We always make sure to stop here after my son gets a haircut next door or really any time we're in the area! Ha! Generous portions and all mix-ins are included in the base pay! I love that! I think it's silly that places charge extra for crab meat & avocado, but not Poki Yaki!

Medium (3 scoops) bowl is $15. First time having purple rice and it was delicious. I recommend everyone try it. The fish was fresh and I loved them dressing salads. There is ample parking right across from chase and knots berry farm.
