A friend (22) and myself (25) decided to go be kids for a day and play laser tag. After Yelping the closest place, we ended up here.
The entrance is a little weird to get to with a bunch of twists and turns, but once you get inside you're greeted by the front desk. We dealt with two different gentlemen (not sure on their names). They were both incredibly friendly, funny, and made our experience super enjoyable. We ended up playing our first round with a large childrens birthday party where the kids stomped us in rankings. Definitely a blast, even if we didn't know them.
The second and third game were played with just us two. The arena is HUGE and of course dark. With the different obstacles and maze-like set up, it is actually pretty scary snooping around looking for one person. We ended up unintentionally scaring each other so bad so many times that we almost lost our voices. It was a total blast.
The prices are great, staff is friendly, and the games whether with a huge group or just one on one are incredibly fun. We will definitely be back and bringing friends. Thank you Planet Trog for letting us be kids and truly enjoying it!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - K S.Chalfont, PA01Aug 26, 2018
Would give a 0 if possible. Filthy dirty place with fire hazards. Also food area is unacceptable. Staff yelling at kids to not lean on display case where they house prizes. Then don't put prizes in a display case if you don't want kids touching it. It's supposed to be a kid friendly place!
And if you need access as a disabled person NOT ADA friendly!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brandi S.Easton, PA05May 26, 2019
Had my sons 10th birthday here. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! Prices were unbeatable, the kids had more than enough play time and all the staff were WONDERFUL. The kids all had a blast!! Only regret is that I didn't book a party here sooner. Thank you everyone from Planet Trog for your professional hospitality. It's good to know that there are still places like this still around.

Nasty kitchen .. Observed stuff eating in the kitchen area.. After eating and licking their fingers they proceeded to make someone's pizza!! Yuck!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Isra A.Philadelphia, PA4811831Jan 2, 2015
Came out here with my sister and husband tonight for laser tag. The nicest group of guys run the show; great customer service experience. Tonight they had a special where if you bought two games you played a third one free. Had a really great time no complaints about anything!

I was not that impressed. The laser tag was not that good. The facility was ok. The workers were nice. It is not that crowded. It is also not overpriced.

Had a lot of fun. Was a decent price. They have 2 pinball machines and I love pinball. The guy giving the instructions talked way too fast and didn't enunciate. It was like he had it completely memorized and just wanted to get through it. As far as the equipment, it was sub-par. Twice I had good equipment and once I had a faulty gun. I told the guy after the game and he said he couldn't do anything about it and hung it back on the wall for someone else to use the next round. I probably would not return unless I knew they fixed all of their equipment. Probably a good place for a kid's party.

We hosted our son's 9th birthday at Planet Trog today, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility and the staff. The party room was clean and private, the staff was attentive and accomodating, and moved like a well oiled machine. We chose the 1:30 p.m. start time, and it worked out perfectly. One slice of pizza and one refilable soad per guest is included in the party package price. You bring the cake cake, and can purchase additional pizzas for $10 per pie (we added one pie for a party of 11, and it was more than enough). When we arrived at 1:15, we were greated by our party coordinator, and "Happy Birthday" to my son on all the monitors. They escorted us to the party room where the tables were already set and ready for pizza service. As guests arrived, they checked in and chose a code name what type of refillable beverage they wanted. We chose to add $5 worth of arcade tokens for $3 per guest, which I highly recommend, as the party room is right off the arcade, and very enticing to young party goers. The kids loved it, $5 in tokens was just enough for the time alloted, and they all won plenty of tickets for prize redemption. As the kids played in the arcade, the staff put the kids' drinks (with their code name on their cup) and the pizzas in the party room. The kids had pizza and cake, then finished up their coins and redeemed their prize tickets. After that, the kids enjoyed 3 20-minute rounds of laser tag. My husband and I were given the kids code name list so we could follow along with their game scores on a TV inside the party room. Parents gathered in the party room for pick up and everything could not have gone smoother. Easiest kid party I have ever hosted, and they boys had a ton of fun. Great value for the money. I highly recommend hosting a party here, and we will definitely be back to enjoy a round or two of laser tag soon!

Promoter tells bands they will be paid $2/ticket, yet doesn't say if there is a minimum requirement to be paid. My band plays, doesn't sell to their standards, doesn't get paid. How is that fair? Never going back until this changes.
