Upon a spontaneous adventure to explore previously uncharted territory (Staten Island), my boyfriend and I stumbled across Pizzalicious and decided to stop in for lunch.
Small on the inside but plenty of room even for families to come in and enjoy a meal, as we saw this past Sunday.
For $10, we got three slices of pizza (cheese and fresh mozzarella + basil), 6 garlic knots, and two drinks. A deal unlikely to be found in Manhattan!
The service was quick and incredibly friendly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Athena H.NM, NM26416Jan 19, 2010
For walk-in, this place is excellent. The service is great, the place is clean, the prices are good and the pizza is hot.
Whenever I get delivery, it makes it here soggy and cold, even though they are right down the street from me.
The vodka pie is my favorite!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - bridgette f.Staten Island, NY025Dec 7, 2010
I know this place is called PIZZAlicious, but it's the soup my husband and I come back for again and again. Excellent lentil, pasta fagioli and THE BEST minestrone our little island has to offer. We think it's the paper thin browned garlic slices. Keep in mind if you drop in it takes 15 minutes for them to prepare the soup. We always call ahead. This is one local business that is always happy to see you, makes you feel at home and delivers the delish. Mangia!
(It's also worth noting they make an excellent whole wheat dough and great mini pies.)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Andrew B.Staten Island, NY24Feb 25, 2010
My first time ordering from here was not that great. It took them two hours to get it to me because the delivery guy got lost. (Uh, sure???)
However, they actually called me up and said that they were making two fresh pies for me and were most likely going to fire the delivery guy. (Which when I think about it, makes me feel kinda bad.)
So after two and a half hours of waiting, I got my pies and a free two liter of Coke. The pizza was fresh and tasty though! A perfect balance of cheese and sauce with a nice, edible crust.
After that time, I have ordered two more times, and they have been prompt and fresh all the time. (The free two liter of Coke always helps sweeten the deal, too.)
My biggest reason for recommending this place to anyone on the North Shore is because you can order from them online using Delivery.com. Easy as pie.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Barry M.Bronx, NY7225Sep 6, 2010
Of the pizza places in this area this is the best tasting in my opinion. Store is kept VERY clean both front and back areas, from what I see. Sauce is a little bland but ok. Indeed the mom and pop shops have flavor the chains simply do not. They do have some great pick up specials.

The garlic knots and zeppoles are delicious here. The pizza is ok but I had better. The service here is quick, very friendly and nice.
