Jeffrey H.Brinson, GA361737Nov 30, 2015I was pleased to see the improvement in this Pizza Hut. The food on the buffet was fresh and they kept it clean. The store itself was cleaner than I remember. The bathroom was clean and stocked, as it should be.
They could use more staff during the lunch rush. A second member joined the front after people showed up, but it still was a bit slow.
Overall a good place to try for lunch. With drink and tip, it'll run you about $10 per person.

The only thing that I would complain about is that there are always a group of friends and off the clock employees just hanging out bring loud in the front booth.

Feb 1, 2015Previous reviewThis location has gone completely downhill. Servers can't remember your order. They forget to put in orders. They bring your pizza before your appetizer. They forget you complete are even there. Your waitress may come to your table to take your order after sitting there for five minutes. No refills. No box. Nothing. No accountability for anything. Manager dances around yelling and being loud.

The waitresses are responsive to your needs. The food is finally worth the money you pay. I'm very impressed with the current staff. I can only compliment two items since we order the same thing every time, so the cheese sticks and Stuffed Crust pizza are excellent.
Robert S.Donalsonville, GA2015Dec 7, 2016Mediocre on a good day. This restaurant cannot seem to get its act together; it has been consistently unreliable for the 15 years I have lived here. To Go orders always take forever and are filled with mistakes. Manager is kind of a space case who isn't great with people--NOT good qualities for a store manager! There was a problem with vegetable freshness on the salad bar and I let them know, which prompted him to look at me confusedly, as if he didn't know what to do with bad food being served. If you're super-starving at lunch, you can fill your gullet fast on the buffet. That's about it.

M W.Donalsonville, GA071Mar 1, 2017I ordered 3 pizzas and 18 wings after being put on hold 3 times in one call. I received 12 wings. When I called to inform them, they already knew. The guy said that they had run out and just given me one order.....well why let me pay for something and knowingly give me less? Always something at this establishment.
