Pizza Hut

Not only was the manager rude, Rolando I think his name was, but another employee (I believe he was the delivery driver) in the back was eating in plain view of the customers. I believe he was eating near the prep area as well. Which is a health concern. I don't want crumbs near my food!

As a recent supervisor of Pizza Hut, I find this completely revolting and disgusting. I would get chewed out if I even went near an area where a customer would see me eat. We were asked to be very careful and I just found it disgusting I could see him chomping away.

I am NEVER coming to this location again. The only GOOD thing about this place was the female working there. She was super sweet and paid attention to me. She needs to replace Rolando because he has no idea what customer service is

The good news is that the pizza was hot as if it had just come out of the oven. The bad news was that it was a little sweet which I have never had before. It was in the sauce.

Idk maybe they have new chef's.

Probably will stay away for a while honestly!

We went on Easter Sunday and they were busy with take out. We ate in with 7 people and the manager, Brian was wonderful. He was very friendly and polite. Our two pizzas were served quickly,hot and delicious . Beer was cold and cheaper than most bars. We will be back.

I have to say we got this twice recently and it was on point ! Before I feel like they didn't really care or try but recently I am super impressed. Brought me back to my childhood! I am not sure if we have new management or staff but keep it up !

Tried to order a late night snack from this place before reading the reviews. Oops! $50 for a pizza, drink, breadsticks, and a cookie. I guess the price point is not terrible but I got what I paid for. The big New Yorker is sloppy and falls apart , the breadsticks were cold and the brought the wrong 2 liter of soda. Over all I will not order here again.

Pizza looked good but was so dry. I thought they forgot to add the sauce. It was on there but literally only on the edges of some of the outside pieces. I know the pizza is called the edge but I don't think that's what they meant. Most of the slices had no sauce.. If not for that it would've been good. Pizza was hot and the person who waited on me was friendly.

Very disappointed because I was debating on getting a frozen Freschetta from the store for half the price. In this case it would've been so much better.

The Cashier scratched her arms and rubbed her nose and kept scratching other parts as I watched and waited in line however I asked her to sanitize her hands before grabbing my order but I Will wonder about the ppl on the back does anyone wash hands after COVID????? Will not go back

Waited for 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us for a pickup that was already paid for and ready. No one in line. The temperature was way too hot in there too so maybe their brains were fried poor guys.

My bf and I both work late, so we've only ever been to this store after 10pm, and they haven't let us down!! We see the same staff members most of the time, so I'm thinking they recognize us, but they're always super nice and helpful anyway!! We're usually the only order, or they have 1 or 2 others, so the most we wait is 10-15 minutes. We've never done delivery, so unfortunately I can't speak on that...The food is always yummy, we love the Supreme pizza and barbecue wings! We will continue to come here, thank you!! :)

If I could leave zero starts I would. My husband ordered pizza over the app last night and was told it was being prepared. We were even told it was out for delivery. Nothing ever showed, so we called and no one answered. My husband decided to head out to the Pizza Hut himself, to his disbelief they were closed!! He was so upset, they charged our card and everything. This morning as I walked out to throw the trash.. what do I find?? Our pizza order, how could you do that? They delivered it in the morning.. cold and all.

Not a good impression especially when u tip the driver !
I can home from a 11 HR shift and this is my dinner !!! I expect a little more care especially when your only less than a mile away pizza should not look like this !!! I'm done buying from this location
