Pizza Hut

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever went to, the food was literally trash, that's it, ordered a Pepperoni Pizza with stuffed crust and the only thing eatable was the crust, ordered boneless wings and same thing, absolute trash, won't ever order from here again

Bring back meaty marinara. This new meaty pasta is awful!! Luke warm and the sauce was too sweet! I ended up throwing it out. Will never order that again! Gross!

Arrived 5 minutes after my curbside pickup was scheduled, watch one masked male and an unmasked female follow each other around and carry out a nice conversation at the counter for 15 minutes and never did either look outside after various honks. If you can't or won't do the curbside, then don't offer it. I'll gladly come in, but I'm not gonna tip you for doing nothing.
No apologies, excuses of "there's only two of us" which fall short when there's no orders coming in since you're obviously just chillin' at the front. Bing bong; will order again, will not tip

I used this Pizza a couple of times for work. The specials/deals they have are pretty good. The service is passable. The quality of the food can be better.

This is the seventh review for this location and the one I am writing is the first 3-star review. It looks like out of the others, you would either love it or hate it. I'm assuming it's therefore going to be a hit or miss.

So... I have not had a Pizza Hut pizza in YEARS... but decided to try one because my kiddo wanted their stuff crusted pizza.

The staff was kind and friendly and the pizza was really good. We took it to my grandparents home and they said it was one of the best pizzas they have had in a while...

Give them a try and support local businesses.

This Pizza Hut is the worst took around 3 and a 1/2 hours for me to get my order where they could have call door dash. I know everyone is out here working hard thank you but it's a way to handle business. I tried calling this morning and someone hung up the phone on me. Never argument never talk down to them or anything and they just hung up the phone to on me. The blue cheese where my wings the packages was bust open. I fell down the stairs on my dog leash and couldn't get out to go and get my own food otherwise I wouldn't have never ordered from Pizza Hut this is the 2nd time with this b*******.

We ordered two pizzas from this place and they were inedible. We each ate part of a piece and threw both pizzas away. The crusts were worse than any frozen pizza. The ingredients were sparse and sloppily applied. Sauce was bland. Just awful pizza.

If zero stars was an option i would be giving it. Im NEVER post bad review but this one needed to happen. When order was placed it said it would take 20 min. It took over an hour. I called to ask where they were an no one picked up, after two minutes of phone ringing it hung up. I then called back and finally got a hold of someone who "transferred me" to the store and then got hung up on again. After waiting over an hour for my delivery it arrived cold. I will never order from here again. I wish i would have read the reviews before ordering because it looks like im not the only one.

This location has never let me down when I come in for a pie. And, on at least two occasions, they threw in a couple garlic butters gratis. Recommended.

UPDATE: I returned the 2 large pizzas Sunday evening and the manager Brian proceeded to argue with me and try to berate me in front of customers. He saw the 2 pizzas and made excuses as to why the Supreme was flat. He first said that's how hand tossed was. I asked him why the BBQ wasn't flat he just talked over me. Later he denied that there was a difference in the two after he threw them away. This is the 2rd time This "manager" has gotten nasty and disrespectful. I reported him twice, but Corporate doesn't seem to do anything about it. He loud talked me in front of other customers saying some people just can't be happy. He said it wasn't Pizza Hut's fault that the chicken was fatty. I asked him whose fault was it, and what was I supposed to do just waste my money? After first saying the flat pizza was my fault, then denying that it was even flat, he then said he understood why I would be upset with the flat pizza but not the fatty chicken pizza since that's out of their control. He finally said fine but I'm only giving you $10 back. He actually argued with me that I only paid $10, when I actually paid $17.50 for the pizzas. After showing him the math, he acted like he was giving me $17.50 out of the goodness of his heart. He's like I hope you're happy now. I told him there was nothing to be happy about when my family's dinner was ruined, and I had to waste my time and gas to come here and get insulted by him. He said if you like to complain, then this isn't the place for you. My daughter heard him get asked to leave by management for being rude. But somehow Pizza Hut allows its customers to continue to be mistreated by him.
Tristan should have made us replacement pizzas the night before and had them delivered since I already used my gas to get them. Brian should not have made it seem like it was my responsibility because the chicken was fatty, and he should not be allowed to treat good-paying customers like dirt because he feels he can. Terrible, terrible food quality and even worse customer service. When the food is good, it's really good. But when it's bad, it is the worst. Horrible, horrible management at this location.
