This was downright disappointing and borderline scary. Back when I couldn't eat or drink for two months for medical reasons, I'd come to the mall to walk and rest to try and get my strength up. I'd walk by this food court and look longingly and droolingly (is that a word?) at the food. It was weird because I normally avoid fast food but everything looked so good, probably because I was dropping weight faster than a stone falling off a cliff.

Anyway, I've recovered (yippee!) and I'm allowed to eat. So, I came to the mall with a mission. Walk up and down both floors and eat at this food court.

Once I got to the court, I started to come to my senses. Taco Bell? I couldn't bear the thought. Chick Filet? It was mercifully closed. Then, I saw a pita place with Fresh in the name. It had to be for me.

As I ordered, I caught sight of the cook in the back wiping their nose with their bare hands. Warning. Warning.

I ordered anyway. My gyro pita sandwich had some kind of creamy sauce on it that didn't taste like yogurt or anything good. It was also full of wilted and slightly brown lettuce. Ugh. I decided to just eat the meat but it was carefully burnt, crispy, and utterly flavorless. What a huge disappointment. Luckily, I haven't felt any ill effects. Never again, no matter what medical motivation I might have.

Since I had to stop at the mall to pick up something I had engraved, I popped into the food court to pick up lunch. I decided I wanted to get something different, and I wanted to get Greek. Enter Pita Grill Fresh, it's the first time I've tried it.
I ordered my typical meal, A Gyro, and it was OK. It wasn't the most fabulous food, I mean, I live in Tarpon. It was flavorful but .. eh.. I'd go again in a pinch, but it's not my favorite.

The kafta was a little over cooked and dry. The rice was good. The coriander potatoes tasted good but they were so greasy I could only eat a few of them. If you pressed down on them oil came out. Over all the meal was alright but wasn't worth the price and I couldn't eat the potatoes. Probably would steer away from ordering this again. That being said some of the other dishes looked decent so I'm on the fence whether I would come back and try something different.

First time for me eating Mediterranean food and it was quite good. We ordered chick peas and chicken which was ok but the shawarma took the crown. Being that this place was in a food court and in a mall I didn't too much high expectations but it surprised me how good it was. They made it fresh which was a plus and the employees were very nice. I would definitely be back to try out other things on the menu but I recommend the shawarma.

I shouldn't expect much from a food court place. But I do have to add my $0.02 in hopes they can improve. For starters, their gyro sandwich needs more meat. My sandwich had very little meat in it. And the service is WAY too slow for a food court place. I waited in a long line for lunch and then waited a very long time to
get food. Improve these things and it would help them.

Delicious Falafel! Maybe, now I will have some inspiration to come to the mall more often since I hate shopping. Crispy falafel on the outside, really moist in the middle and full of flavor. I asked for everything on it which consisted of lettuce, tomato, onion and hummus. This falafel was also served on a thin pita not a wrap which was a nice change. The only thing I didn't really care for was the tabouli. It tasted like they used lemon from a bottle. I would come to the mall just to get a bite to go from here.

The best falafel sandwich in Clearwater. That's because it's made by the owners a Lebanese brother and sister team. Coming from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada where there are a lot of Lebanese restaurants this one rates 5 stars because it's freshly made. All ingredients were fresh. Perfect taste. Highly recommended.

Spectacular food! Stop at this place and try it yourself while they have a variety of good tasty middle eastern food, it's healthier then the rest of the junk food in the mall and it's very affordable for the quality of food you receive!
Great helpful happy staff is a plus in this place;))

For what it is, a small corner spot in the food court at the mall, this place is not bad. I've eaten here twice before and found it to be a nice fresh alternative from typical food court options like burgers or Chinese.

I've tried the chick peas with chicken and rice entree as well as spinach pie and Greek salad. All were good. Prices are a bit high considering its a quick service type restaurant. Still I would likely try it again
