Did not like the experience. Won't go back. Only interested in getting people through the doors.

They don't answer the phone & take when I went up there they couldn't find my referral that was put in a month prior!

I paid to have 10 cosmetic lesions removed and all 10 of them were still there after the procedure, so I went back thinking I paid for a service and they would remove them and they tried again and charged me again, so made me pay twice for same procedure. Second time minimal results and they couldn't numb the area well. Then I decided to get BBL laser with three treatments zero results. I've had both procedures previously elsewhere with amazing results, so I know they can work. I personally will never go here for anything cosmetic they charge and I received zero results to show for it and they didn't care. Now I would use Dr Mabry for real dermatology she has done amazing, but cosmetic just took my money and did nothing!

If you have an actual dermatological need, don't go here. Went in with a skin issue. They wouldn't remove it. They said I would have to come for a second visit (second co-pay) for them to do that. They gave the spot in injection, which ended up making the problem 5x worse. Went back and they still wouldn't do anything. Now I'm sitting in the lobby of an urgent care hoping for someone to actually help. I thoroughly regret going to Pinnacle Dermatology. I'm worse off now than before I went.

Dr Mabry is wonderful. Very careful and I felt like she listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. Her MA was very very nice.

My first time at Pinnacle I was shocked by how rushed their staff seems to be. I could barely get a word in. Lucky that visit they actually treated my problem area. I recently went for another visit and was weary of going back but wanted to give them a second try thinking maybe that was a bad day. Once again, same thing! They want to look at you and for you to shut up, don't ask questions, just blindly follow whatever they say even if you have tried that treatment option and know it didn't work for you. They rush out of the room. I was in the middle of verifying her instructions and she seemed so irritated by that. As I was speaking she would inch closer and closer to the door, she had only been in there for TWO MINUTES, I checked my watch!!! I work in the medical field and I am just shocked by the way they treat their patients. If you want someone to listen to you so that you get the right plan of care, go somewhere else. They gave me all of this medication (that I told them I already tried and made me sick but also didn't work) and she gave it to me again along with a bunch of other things which all together was so expensive and of course....NOTHING worked. Which....how could it, I couldn't even tell her what had been going on and new symptoms. She just wants to get you in and out regardless of if your treatment works or not. Very disappointing, if you want to be rude to me at least take care of my problem area.

No follow through after my appointment. My prescription still wasn't ordered a week later and I had to send multiple emails to get it handled. It was my first experience with them, and it was so bizarre to me. I'll probably go to another dermatologist for further treatments.

It just doesn't get any better than this! Dr. Mabry and her staff were engaging, pleasant, professional, and on time. I don't know if I've ever been able to say that a physician exceeded my expectations, well I can now. From the moment you enter the door, you are treated as much like a friend as a patient. Forget the sterile, often arrogant approach of doctors' offices, this place is like visiting a neighbor.

I Googled to find a dermatology clinic to meet my needs. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I saw that Dr Mabry at Pinnacle Dermatology had outstanding reviews.
The moment I met Dr Mabry I could tell that her patients needs are her #1 priority! She was patient and listened to me, and addressed all of my concerns with a plan of action. I did my 3 month follow up today, and let me tell you I have seen significant changes in my skin condition!! Dr Mabry and Leigh were my personal pep squad and really made me feel good with the results that I've had! I have also recommended Dr Mabry to people that I know with skin conditions. I love the entire staff, and Carol Beth makes sure you get that follow up appointment on your way out. The entire Pinnacle Dermatology staff have been nothing short of amazing to me at all times!!!

I've been going to Pinnacle Dermatology since I moved here in mid 2017. Lauren is SPECTACULAR! I do all of my treatments with her. I've purchased several lasers, dermalinfusions, and microneedling packages. She makes me feel comfy, and thoroughly explains each procedure and aftercare information. They have monthly specials that make everything really affordable when you want to give it a try. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin!
