Pinky Promise Photography

I booked a boudoir photo shoot for my upcoming wedding anniversary with the ladies at Pinky Promise Photography in August. After seeing how stunning all of my pictures turned out, I highly recommend that anyone in the Houston area work with these ladies. Both owners, Cristina and Crystal are so nice and totally made me feel comfortable taking photos in lingerie because naturally, I was nervous. I absolutely love the way that I look in my photos and have these ladies to thank for giving me a keepsake that I am sure that my husband and I will treasure in the years to come. Crystal did an amazing job on my hair and Morgan Horres made me look fabulous and yet natural with the make-up. It was all perfect! I have already
decided to book them for all of my future photography needs.

I had a wonderful experience working with Pinky Promise Photography. I reached out to have headshots taken for my new business, and they responded so quickly with all the information I needed to proceed. Christina was very helpful (and accessible) via email as the photoshoot date approached.

When it rained the day of the photoshoot, (set to be outdoors), she had a plan in place for a gorgeous indoor-shoot, and also extended the courtesy to reschedule if I really wanted outdoor photos.

I'm so happy with the quality of the photos. I'll be using PPP in the future and recommending Cristina and her team to my clients!

But why? That was the main question I got from several friends when I told them that I was doing a pin up shoot with Pinky Promise. For who? To celebrate what? For me, was my response, and after my experience with Pinky Promise, I'm so glad I did.

From start to finish the experience is something I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in doing something like this. I had a couple of friends who had used their services for engagement, wedding, and pin up shoots and the results were amazing, so I knew going in I was in good hands.

I started at 11 at one of the photographers home in North Houston with make up. Morgan Horres from Lady Paint Make Up did my make up, and she did an amazing job. I've had my make up done professionally a couple of times, but this was by far my favorite. Barbara did my hair which we pinned up in big curls due to the length of my hair and the heat. She completely was able to capture the whole moment of the pin up style I was looking for.

The actual shoot was done near Conroe at a mechanic shop with older cards and hot rods, which I loved, because I am a sucker for classic cars. Working with Cristina made me feel completely at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. The shoot was flirty, sexy, and a definite confidence booster. They were able to capture playful moments, and some serious ones. I was able to work in some lingerie, some super cute pin up outfits, and some other very cool shots. After viewing the finished product, I can say I was very happy with the process. This isn't something they do every weekend, but they did offer it as a mini session, and do them on a regular basis with other clients. I did like that they spaced everyone out enough so that there were not 5 people watching you taking photos, which make it that much more special.

Definately a once in a lifetime experience that I will walk away from with some really great keepsakes for myself, so that one day I can look back on and remember what I looked like 25 years ago, and all done for me.

I've used PPP on four different occasions (pregnancy announcement, newborn, Christmas mini, and birthday) and have been extremely pleased with both the experience and product every single time. Crystal does a phenomenal job and is so creative; she really knows how to pull everything together for the perfect shoot. We receive numerous compliments from family and friends on all of our pictures.
My husband and I have some beautiful family pictures that will be treasured for a lifetime.

I've had the pleasure of working with these 2 wonderful ladies 3 times and I can't imagine having our family photos taken by anybody else! I even stepped WAY out of my comfort zone and had boudoir photos taken. They made me feel very comfortable and my husband was very happy with the final product. I would highly recommend them for any photos you're looking to have done.

I did a boudoir photo shoot with them as a wedding gift for my husband and I cannot say enough good things. Their studio is just perfect and I was so thrilled with the photos! They were so classy and I could not believe how good they made me look. Their whole team is kind and professional, and very easy to work with. I can't wait for another chance to work with them again. :)

We had the pleasure of having Cristina from PPP as our photographer for our engagement photos. She was very easy going, great in helping us choose a location and made our whole experience a breeze. She captured wonderful shots of us and the end product was just wonderful!! 10/10 would do again! :)
