Love it! Donna did an amazing job with my teenager poodle, he totally looks like a rock star! Definitely, I'm coming back! Highly recommend this groomer!

We brought our new Wheaton Terrier in for a grooming and the ladies could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They asked about our dog Rosie and what we expected in a grooming. 3 hours later we got the call that she was ready. She looks amazing and the price was what we expected. We will be making a regular schedule for her and look forward to bringing our princess back for wash/comb and grooming !!

This place was recommended to me by a person we met at a dog park. Luckily it's nearby which makes it convenient. I scheduled an appointment that was booked over a month out but one early morning, the owner texted me saying they had an opening that morning so I was able to get my dog in to get a cut that day. My dog gets nippy during bath time so I warned them and they requested I bring a muzzle. The muzzle I got wasn't the right fit so they ended up using one of theirs. I'm so glad to have found a place that does a good job and most of all accepts my dog. The owner said that they're used to dealing with the difficult ones. I highly recommend this dog spa.

Took my two cats (one long haired and one short haired) here today for the first time and they look beautiful! I will definitely go back.

They called me back the next day and got my pup in that morning. My JRT puppy was happy when I picked him up. He was super soft and smelt great! Definitely recommend them!

NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GROOMERS! We brought our cat here and the groomer snipped off the tip of her ear. The groomer informed me by leaving a voicemail "your cat is ready to picked up, and I also wanted to let you know I cut off a chunk of his ear". So insensitive and nonchalant about it. If I could post the audio, I would! We have the voicemail and an apology text instructing to book with a different groomer if we come back (which we will not). There is a photo attached of the poor baby's ear missing. We are so upset!!!!!

I called to make an appointment willing to wait a few weeks, since the reviews were so good. Luckily they were able to fit me in last minute. They were kind and thorough before the appointment, and they did a great job! This will be my new regular place!

They always do a great job our dog Riley is very scared of getting her nails trimmed and they take the time to work with her even though she's very difficult.
