Awful! Paid $2500Plus for just a leaky pipe! Nobody checked to see what the problem was. Just said that their system would take care of the problem! Nope..... also while they were digging they cut our cable line! They left a lot of rocks on our lawn we had to clean up. They told us we had to get someone to come out and see where the leak was coming from. Had someone come cut the wall and then put new dry wall in.That ended up costing us $1000! Something very simple and only needed some investigating cost us close to $4000!!! I would never recommend this company!!

I called PierMagic to inspect my house for foundation issues. I have some small cracks in my walls. Mike Lowrey came over, inspected everything and said that I didn't need any work at this time. How many companies do that? I was impressed with their honesty. As far as their work quality, I can't say. But, I would certainly have them out for a bid.

I am having a warranty issue and have called twice to speak to a manager and keep getting told that there is no one in the office to speak to. Each time my name and number has been taken down for a return phone call and I have yet to receive that. This is very poor customer service.

Pier Magic did and excellent job on the wall leak.

However on the mud jacking with the expanding polymer system they splattered it on my concrete, on my brick wall, on my entry door and frame, on my eve-spout system, on my garage door and more.

The sale person was great but when you get to ownership they wanted to paint my vinyl and colored metal defeating the purpose of wrapping the house and going colored metal.

In dealing with Jeff Teague he was rude and arrogant including trying to blame me and trying to physically intimidate me.

They refuse to do the correct thing which is to " return any damaged materials to before loss condition"

We will continue by filing BBB complaint and taking the appropriate legal action.

We have lots of pictures and physical evidence.

These guys are great! They did back breaking work in the cold weather. I would have been crying, but what I heard was laughing and whistling while they worked their tails off!! I got a call from the office telling me when they would show up and they came right on time and didn't waste anytime getting to work. I was amazed at the job they had in front of them, but to them it was nothing. We had work done on the foundation in the past but I was not home to see what was involved on the inside of the basement. This job I seen them jack the house up to fix the wall..To me thats INSANE!!!! But again, they seemed like it was nothing to them to do. I have nothing but positive thumbs up for Pier Magic.

minimal to review. Requested they come look at foundation. Minimal issue small crack coming and with extended rains will get water in the basement. Is in location that results in no internal damage but called because wanted to know what/if should be done to prevent no additional damage that would be expensive later or if there was a structural issue that will need attention. The person came but I never received the quote etc despite email and phone call to the agency. I get a really small job a way out from there location may mean they are not interested but if they took the time to do the assessment I would say give the feedback and say probably too small for us but here are the suggestions etc. mj

I would stay far away from this company, the sales team has no idea what they are doing, and will bid a job incorrectly, and miss major structural points. As well as having no care for the home they are working on, they seemed to rush threw the job with no care of how the end result would be and left the crawlspace a complete mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone

So upset. Fixed my foundation. Did great work at the time...There has now been what appears to be a broken pier. Called then last Oct. Here is is July of 2013 and have called them dozenz of times and they still will not get out here and get this fixed. Have told me they were coming twice and nobody shows....Stay away from this company.
