Always friendly staff greeting me. I've ordered to go as well as dined in. If you are new to "Pho" this is a great place start.
The staff does not mind providing customer service via explaining but most important, they listen and help you make the best decision for your meal.
The store has always been clean and the food is great! Beef nice and tender!
I am a repeat customer!!!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 53396Mar 24, 2024
This pho restaurant delivers on its reputation with incredibly flavorful broth, earning its high Yelp ratings, but also creates a homey and casual atmosphere Despite some challenges with chewiness due to recent orthodontic work, the fresh spring rolls impressed. Our server brought water immediately which I LOVE. The flank steak pho was a delicious recommendation.

This is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The staff was nice but as another reviewer mentioned they pretty much forget about you once they serve you. It's hard getting their attention again. I saw several patrons go to the to go bar to ask for something. I deducted a start for that.
I ordered the steak pho & a hot green tea. The portion is huge, there was plenty of steak but the condiment plate had only one slice of lime. I had to ask for more. The sauce options are already on the table, which makes it super convenient. Especially since I don't have to ask them for anything. The chopsticks & spoons are also on the table. The pho had an amazing flavor. It was very filling and hit the spot.
The green tea was a Bigelow tea bag. That was a little disappointing since most Vietnamese restaurants, I go to have authentic looseleaf green tea leaves. The only sugar they have to choose from is the cheap, white, bleached, sugar, or the pink, sweet and low packets. I usually carry packets of raw sugar with me but I forgot them this time.
I made my pho super spicy, but I had enough tea until I was finished eating. But then I wanted more tea and I took out the bag and asked the waitress for another cup. She told me to put the bag back in the cup. It was under a pile of trash on my plate , dirty napkins, etc. I told her I only use teabags once, I don't reuse them because they're not as potent. She went to go ask some lady behind the bar, then she talked to another waitress who then came to me and told me there's no refills on hot tea. Never have I ever been to any restaurant where hot tea refills weren't allowed. So I got charged $2.25 for a 15 cent bag of tea leaves. I had to deduct a star for this one. That's just absurd.
So overall the only great thing about this place is the food. So sad, I won't be back. There's places with great pho & better service that won't charge me for each tea bag. Even Starbucks gives free hot tea refills.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 3 - Oct 30, 2023
This Vietnamese restaurant located in Lewisville has flavorful pho and tender meat add-ins. It has lots of seating and is close to I-35.
Menu is vast and ventures into other Asian cuisines as well. Plan on coming back and trying their grilled pork dishes and banh mis.
Service was good. Layout is spacious with lots of booth and tables. Restroom was clean.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 23, 20241 check-in
Definitely have no complaints about this place. It was exactly what I needed. The service was SUPER fast and the place wasn't too busy on a Saturday at 6pm. I got the chicken spring rolls and chicken pho. The broth is really good. Chicken was a little tough but I've never had chicken pho without it being a little hard to chew. We'd definitely come back.

Here from out of town driving from the airport and happened to spot this place and stopped. Restaurant was busy but not crowded, roomy and clean with clean bathrooms! Seated immediately and ordered large seafood pho which is only one dollar more than small bowl. Bowl was piping hot, broth was delicious with lots of noodles. Would have liked a smidge more seafood and cilantro on my side plate but overall very good!! Excellent customer service...water glass was never empty, people stopping by frequently to see if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend

Pho was amazing the broth had lots of flavor other dishes not so impressed. Fresh spring rolls were a little dry the dipping sauces not so good compared to what I've had before.

I should start by saying I door dashed this order when staying at a nearby hotel and although the food was great, I would not recommend for a hotel setting. The pho noodles and meat were packed in the little paper boxes and not bowls so it was impossible to pour broth over to eat. The rice was good. The shrimps skin was very hard to get off, almost overcooked a bit. The pho broth was amazing. I would try it again but go into the restaurant next time. Just beware if you have it delivered.

Literally the best pho in town! Hands down! No discussion needed!
I got the ribeye pho, and I thought it was ingenious that they brought a smaller bowl that had its own mini-burner to cook the meat. It keeps the scum away from the main bowl and allows you to control how cooked the meat is. The broth was deep and rich. It's definitely a knee-slapper. The prices are super affordable, and the portions were very generous.
Tip: you can ask for green scallion oil on the side to aid extra flavor to the pho.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike B.Irving, TX0191Mar 7, 2024
The restaurant's manager needs to pay attention here. You need to take a look at packaging for takeout orders because every time, there are always missing items from left to right. The picture here is the noodle portion of my order of a large combo pho. What a joke! If we pay the right price, and you give me less than what it should be, that's cheating customers!

For lunch, my wife and I ordered the egg rolls, a rice plate with grilled pork/shrimp cake and a bowl of pho with steak and tendon.
The egg rolls were served piping hot and were crispy and very tasty. The pickled cabbage was a nice complement.
The pork in the rice plate was nicely grilled and very flavorful. The pork could have been even better if it was warmed up longer, as ours was served at room temperature. The shrimp cake and the veggies were average.
The pho broth was clear and light. The flavor was above average overall. There was plenty of beef and tendon, both of which were good.
Prices were very reasonable, especially for the large portion, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was spacious and kept clean.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0
