I'm not one to leave reviews but the staff was amazing and helped me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my purchase. Not to mention I bought enough fireworks costing me around 850 but with all the deals they had going on, I only ended only spending around 315 due ti the fact they honored every single deal they had the day I went. Thank you phantom fireworks team for everything and can't wait till next year.

Stopped by their store to grab some more fireworks for the Fourth of July. we usually go down the street to Sky King but I figured I'd give this place a shot for some more variety. Walked in after seeing the gigantic billboard outside advertising buy 1 get 2 free and the man informed me it was buy 1 get 1. I asked him if that was a mistake given the giant billboard outside advertising their sale and he said that promotion ended "a couple days ago"
Sky king down the street 1/8 of a mile is still honoring their buy 1 get 2 free sale 1/8 of a mile down the street so that's where we'll be finishing up our shopping this year. Never going to phantom again, don't support false advertising to get bodies in the door.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vianka A.Hollywood, FL132253595Jun 18, 2016
Drove by phantom on the way home to the beach and of course this is an adult male candy store. We went to check it out and walked out with over 200 worth of fireworks and fireworks that do not disappoint. The fireworks were buy one get one free and another section was buy one get two free. So you know we had to take advantage of this best offer. My husband was so excited walking through the store checking out all the different fireworks and excited about getting home and playing with them.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away, you do have to sign a waiver and show your id for a waiver because of course you have to be 18 or older. Everyone was super helpful and answered all of our questions. We walked out of there happy! Can't wait to be back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Javier P.Downtown, Tampa, FL041Jun 12, 2020
Last time I brought firework worth around $80 now cost $160 that's double price. Point less to shop firework because firework is very short and cost almost $200 crazy

Drove an hour to get to their store and the employees closed the store earlier than the advertised store hours. I could see the employees in the store but everything was locked up...pretty sad customer service.

I gave three stars because the buy one get two free deal is amazing. They also have a large firework display which is great. What I don't like is the feeling of being at a used car sells lot when you enter the store. As soon as we entered the store, we were swarmed by sells people trying to sell us fireworks. We made it obvious that we knew what we wanted and didn't want to buy too many fireworks but they wouldn't leave us alone. My husband and I come here every year when we are on vacation, but if this continues, we might not come back. It ruins the experience when you have sells people following you around the entire store.
